"This is the worst service i have ever seen in my life.They don't care about their customers. They always give false promises regarding their services. I have bought $60 unlimited call to india plan before 2 months and still waiting for handset which they were supposed to delivered within one week after the order. Whenever i call them to know the status of my order they give different answers. Even after cancelling the order, they are not returning my money back..

Useless people with useless service"

"This is by far the WORST calling card company on the internet. They are nothing short of a scam. The calling cards they sell are of extremely poor quality. Delivery time can be several hours and usually requires a verification phone call.

Worst of all, the rates the advertise are FALSE. For example, I purchased a card and carefully read the terms and rates. The website for that particular card clearly state the rate for calls to mobile phones and landlines for the destination country was the same.

However, I only received 1/3 of the minutes I should have based on my purchase. I made over a dozen phone calls to their customer service and wasted hours of my life trying to get the lost credit. Each time I was assured it was fixed and I should retry the card in one hour. Each time, they had not fixed anything and the credit was still gone.

I finally asked them to refund my money, but it is 7 months later and still no refund.

I had actually placed many orders with this company over the course of a year. EVERY experience was this horrible. Calls fail to connect the vast majority of the time, customer service is horrible, and you will NEVER get to use the full amount of minutes you purchased, even if you try to use them all in one call. I am not sure why I continued to do business with them. I think it was because they FALSELY advertise lower rates than other websites. However, in actuality, you will pay MORE.

I would recommend using a reputable website. I guarantee that you will pay less in the long run even if the advertised rate at another website is higher."

"Wow.. I dont really take the pain in writing reviews for bad service but for people who are worse than bad I beleive it really should be out in the open .. Now first thing I see about these guys is a cheap way for international call , nice , went ahead and place the order.. now where's my pin?? they took the money and the status in their website says order under review pin would be mailed shortly , waited for bout an hour but no pins yet.. called customer support they said they order I place got some problem , we will cancel this you place another order .. I went ahead and place another order (what the hell was i thinking ) .. same result for next order " . called them again , they said ohh.. we will send u the pin shortly .. after another 45 min I get the below mail

Update : I did get a full refund for one order after I escalated this matter via paypal . For the other order I finally got the pin the next day a thing that leading call service providers take a second. Call quality is poor also you have to dial a local no and then the number u wish to call rather than a toll free no to get a good rate. So if you have limited taktime minutes it wont be usefull, also I have faced a lot of problems while connecting . It keeps saying all circuits busy most of the time.

Recommendation - spend a few more cents there are much better service providers. "
