The adjustable seat bar fit perfect, my Magellan GPS fits nicely on the mount right where I can see it and the water-bottle cage is awesome right there close to your hands! "I bought the Redshift seatpost to go with my existing aerobars. I couldn't believe how big a difference it made riding in the aero position. It's way more comfortable for long rides and I think it's faster (although it's always tough to tell whether it's the gear or the rider that day).
