The WORSE. Go Somewhere Else!!!

"Ordered a KaBar D2 thru Amazon from this dump. BEFORE ordering I e mailed and was told by "Emily" that I would get the Courdora Sheath, and instead got the KYDEX, and when it came time to make good on THEIR mistake, they came up with a "10%" refund...which Doesn't even cover the cost of the replacement sheath from their own listing. Un Reputable, with an apathetic, and unqualified Customer Service Dept./Staff"

They lie cheat and steal, STAY CLEAR

"I ordered a couple of products from them because they were the only site I could find that had one of them "in stock". Four days later they hadn't shipped and the actual manufacturer had them in stock again so I went to cancel my order. They gave me this generic BS "We try to ship within 24-48 hours", and when I told them it had been more than double that they disconnected me. Opened a new chat window and got the same rep, told him I wanted to cancel and he told me he'd look into it and ...disconnected me (I should note that these weren't random disconnects, but rather "Your chat session has ended, please rate your service" type messages). Opened yet another chat window and finally got my order canceled. Fast forward a few days and I get an e-mail saying one of my items was out of stock (no ****, that's why I canceled) but they'd be shipping the other one... wtf?!? I check my bank and they refunded half my purchase. I tried contacting them several times and they're just ignoring me now. I received the item today and refused the delivery since I already ordered it from the manufacturer directly. My chat windows get immediately disconnected when I give them my order number, and they hang up on me on the phone as well."

Items listed for sale that do not exist... according to RedsGear Customer Service.

"On May 11, 2017 I ordered an ESS Land Ops Ballistic Tactical Goggles Kit 740-0502 which was listed on their (Redsgear.com) website. I received an order confirmation email on the same day. On May 18, 2017 I received a package from Redsgear. Upon opening the package I was surprised to find something totally different than I had ordered. When I contacted Redsgear, I was told that the item I ordered did not exist and it was a listing error. Although they say they are going to issue a full refund, I am still without the needed goggles. I guess I should have researched a few more reviews before I placed an order with them. It will certainly be the last order they receive from me."

The worst customer service

" I bought an item about four weeks ago. The item was shipped back to the seller.I contacted customer service and got a very bad attitude I called their shoes there and did you contacted me back the Thursday two days after I left the voice note. I requested them to ship the item to me because there are there are the one who told me that the item is being shipped back to them they were reluctant to help me. Whosoever is reading this be aware of this company "

No WARRANTY

"I ordered an umbrella that I've used for many years. It's nearly unbreakable. When it broke on the 3 day, I contacted RedsGear for a replacement. They said to contact manufacturer. Which I did. But they're in Germany and said it was too expensive to send one to the States and to contact RedsGear. Meanwhile in my correspondence with RedsGear they had said they would replace it if manufacturer could not. But when I sent them address to ship it to they said they could not because I didn't have all original packaging. What's up with that?!? I said to take the packaging off of the replacement as I only wanted the umbrella. No response. I was kind, polite, and considerate throughout all correspondence asking them to work with me and honor their gear. There appears to be no warranty on their stuff and they just drop you like a hot potato if they don't want to help you out. I will never buy from them again. There are too many great companies out there to deal with. Thus is not one of them. "

RedsGear more like SlowCustomerServiceGear

"I ordered rain pants and they came with a hole in them. I sent them an email three days after I received the pants and they responded after two months saying that they received my email way too late for them to do anything.

After a couple of weeks they sent me an email asking them to rate their service. I complained again, and same thing it took a couple more weeks to respond with nothing...

To add insult to injury, the rain pants were drop shipped from another company so I probably could have gotten the rain pants with a hole in them cheaper from that other company, reds gear took a commission to give a poor product with non existent customer service.

Good luck getting a new product... and good luck getting reasonable customer service.

What customer service?

"I ordered an item through Amazon to be shipped by redsgear. I received the wrong merchandise. That's when the problems started. I was apologized to by the company but that is the only thing right about their service's. All I have received is blame emails, this person blaming that etc. Still and yet, no problem solving on their part. As it stands, no refund, no merchandise, no communications, and no answers."

"Ordered item via Rakuten. Item I received in the mail was in no way shape or form the item I ordered. Customer service does the bare minimum in accepting return of the item I didn't order and refuses to send the right one. I won't ever shop there again."

"Updated review, reds gear mgmt reviewed the answer to a question asking if the item was a 2015 model, it was answered incorrectly stating yes.
Reds gear provided a return label and provided full credit to my cc when return was received, thus updating the original review.

Do not purchase the Covert Black Ops 3G camera. It is the 2014 model (which is not mfgd and sold by Covert anymore) which is significantly inferior (picture quality and wireless reception range) to the 2015 model that comes with the ATT SIM card. Go to Amazon or elsewhere and look for 2015 model. RedsGear would not allow me to return the same day I received it when I realized it was an obsolete model. I should have listened to the negative reviews I found about RedsGear... my own fault/headache.

"This my worst experience in e-shopping

I ordered a knife I have received broadheads . I needed this knife for my vacation so I asked them to send me the knife soon after having the broadheads returned.
Despite my insistence they refused to send my order by express delivery they sent it in slow delivery (slower than the first package received).
Too late for my vacation
Should not be in a hurry ! I ordered on the 10/27/2014, and the delivery is scheduled for the 11/25/2014, a month after. I hope it will be exactly what I ordered this time.

So if you like wasting your time with emails and phone calls (3 calls, over 10 emails) order at redsgear.com but you are warned

"The Date is the day Reds Gear sent out my Birthday Present,
of course they did not know that. It all started when the Shipper handled my order like my GSD treats a raw bone
rough shape. I called right away & reported the damaged
boxes, I was told they would send a UPS pickup label.
Something was wrong with the product so I called the Mfg.

Out of the Blue a Reds Gear Rep. e-mailed me to thank me
for contacting the Mfg. explaining what the problem was.

I was thanked & sent another product. I can say that it was in perfect condition. I for one am happy how my 2 shopping trips have gone. As long as we give +s as well as the bad reviews when we have had troubles with resellers, then we all win.
