Laughable customer service

"Well ordered a matte black grill for my truck received chrome. Paid 230 for it. Contacted customer service. They wanted me to return it. And they would give me $40. That didn't cover what I paid in shipping "

Super Fast Shipping

"I ordered a steering wheel from Redline360, and it got to me in just one day. I ordered a bunch of different parts to install my wheel from various different sites, all at the same time, and I ended up with my wheel a full week early. I will 100% use Redline360 again in the near future. "

Back order Bull Bar

"Sad that you have a part on back order for 6 weeks, when they advertise in stock, only to find the price raised $200.00. I didn't get my order, only BS, so I cancelled it. Customer service just keep on lying. I will never do Business with this company again."

Wasted time and money

"I purchased rear upper control arms as I needed to repair my car. I paid extra for expedited shipping as I needed them asap. Nowhere on their add did it say they were out of stock. They did a great job about emailing me telling me there was going to be a 7-8 week wait for them, after paying almost $250 for this product I asked for a refund but they asked if there was another product I was interested in instead but the only option was twice the price at $500. As I’m strapped for cash I asked what they could do with it and they offered me 3% off or $15, for doubling my purchase which is way out of my price range. I’ll have to go elsewhere while my car is sits on jackstands in my driveway now. They did a very good job letting me know what was going on but if I knew my time and money would have been waisted I would not pick this company again. Once again they did a very good job telling me my product was out of stock but I wish they’d have said that before I sent them my money."

10/10 would do it all over again

"I purchased the Spec D LED tail lights and within a week they were at my door step.

Installation seemed easy enough, especially for someone who isn't experienced with this kind of work. Of course, I messed up along the way and found myself without a left tail light.

I reached out to support and within 30 minutes I got a quick response, probably the best turn around time for a support ticket i've seen in a very long time.

Ultimately, I was able to resolve my issue on my own, but Redline360 Support was very quick and responsive the entire time.

**EDIT** Just wanted to mention that my issue was related to the wiring of the Lights. Product came in with no defects

I can't recommend this product enough, mostly due to the amazing customer service provided by Redline360 (also, very beautiful tail lights!)

Awesome service, would definitely recommend!!!

"I had placed an order for a steering wheel and got the wrong color by mistake. Thankfully I was able to reach out to customer service through email to inform them of the situation. Even though I went in thinking nothing could be done after the order was placed Matt was able to reach out to the warehouse to get the order corrected. He responded quickly and gave me detailed information about the status of my order and the changes to it that needed to be made. His professionalism, courtesy, and sense of humor all resulted in gaining me as a lifetime customer. I have worked both in customer service and am currently in sales and I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with this company and with Matt as a representative. Redline360 will most assuredly get my business in the future!"

Best Customer Service!

"Let me start off by saying, no I am not a bot. Redline360 is by far the best auto parts distributor that I have had the pleasure of purchasing from. An incident happened with a product (unrelated to redline360) that required me to return my recently purchased headlights. Thanks to redline's 180 day extended warranty (regular 90 days), I was able to just barely make the deadline for my return policy. The redline support team was by my side throughout the entire return process (sending the shipping label, shipping to the manufacturing company, and sending a new pair), answering any questions I had (as annoying or repetitive as they may have been) and making sure that all of my requests were made up to par. My shipping label was emailed to me within a day and I received my brand new replacement headlights within 2 weeks. I could not thank the Redline team enough and I will happily purchase future parts through them. All in all, no complaints from me and I highly recommend any car enthusiast or even someone looking so a fresh set of aftermarket parts to purchase them here!"

Excellent customer service

"I ordered an exhaust from them just after Christmas 2021. It arrived two days later on the 31st of December. During the process I was worried that the product I had ordered was not in-stock as the website's wording was a bit vague. They were able to answer my questions via email quickly and concisely. Their pricing was also better than their nearest competitor by 20%. I will be back in the future. "

Headlights

"I bought a pair of headlights from this company and one of them burnt out and since the lights are a once time use they burnt out and I can’t even get a replacement. I’m so tired of this company’s crap and they keep sending me the installation video. They’re plug and play it really isn’t that hard to install. This company is by far the worst and most difficult company I have ever dealt with. I asked for a replacement light and raceline360 won’t even provide me with a replacement (that I said I would pay for). They are just avoiding me because they know they are a shotty company trying to cover up their mistake and avoid me. When my buddy told me about their lights and all the different settings, I thought they might be good but I have to jump through hoop after hoop and all they can send me is a damn installation video.
