"RED = CAUTION! WARNING! BEWARE! STAY AWAY!

CAVEAT EMPTOR!

I purchased an item from this ebay seller on March 18 and paid immediately via PayPal.

On March 21, I received an email, notifying me that the item was delayed.

On March 31, I received another email, similar to the previous one, claiming an inventory error.

In response to my complaint about the "inventory error", since this was not the first time this has happened with this seller, they responded with the usual canned response, stating that I did not need to do anything, UNLESS I wanted to cancel the order. I DID NOTHING AT THIS POINT.

On April 4, I received an email, stating that my order had been canceled AT MY REQUEST! LET ME REPEAT: I NEVER REQUESTED NOR AUTHORIZED THE CANCELATION OF THIS ORDER!

Then, on April 5, the seller re-listed the same item for another unsuspecting buyer! So, what happened to it being "delayed" or out of stock?

I smell FRAUD!

"RedTagMarket have scammed me and in the last month alone have scammed over 220 people!!!
( check their record at Ebay )

I had to pay shipping TWICE and received the WRONG ITEM.

Item was refunded but not the TWO shipping even though it was THEIR ERROR.

Iwas scammed and ROBBED by REDTaGMARKET.

Neither Ebay, Paypal nor the BetterBusinessBureau is willing to intervene or stop them so REDTAGMARKET will keep on scamming or rather ROBBING honest people like me for years to come.

REDTAGMARKET is into FRAUDULENT selling and shipping practises.

TELL EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM this CRIMINAL COMPANY!!!

"I paid for this item via PayPal on May 19th. As of June 6th, I had not received the item so I contacted Red Tag Market. They replied that due to inventory error, the item was out of stock and they would refund my money. I requested the refund, they refunded my payment via PayPal. Then on June 7th, they issued a non-payment strike against me with eBay, claiming I had never paid them for the item. I responded and as of June 10th, they have failed to respond. The non-payment strike claim by Red Tag Market is still outstanding with no response by Red Tag Market. They seem to have an incompetent running operation with little follow-up to the customer. I have a 100% positive feedback score of over 460 with eBay. Please consider taking your business elsewhere."

"Totally Dissatisfied !
I Paid in Full in 20 minutes after reading the terms of shipping to be 5-7 days for arrival. I'm going to tell you now that it took 4 days for them to even start my order and confirm my purchase.

On day 7 I was notified through their "webtracking & package tracking software" that my product was finally sent to the Post Office. Included in this email was a note clause stating to expect an additional 5-8 days for the package to process.

I finally recieved the product on the 28th, with the 28th being 13+ days of shipping involved with an original statement of 5-7 days to ship. The DVD case came cracked in the ultra thin gray mailer envelope the company used and was far from being able to withstand shipping across town, let alone 13+ days of shipping.

I'd have to be considered one of the 400 people a month that gets burned or forgotten by this company. Would I shop there again?. Probably not.

5-7 days to ship actually means = before the company gets around to put it in the mailbox, with an additional 5- 8 days after that.
No guarantee of actual shipping delivery date, because the tracking system on their site doesn't reflect realtime world values.
Ultra thin mailer envelopes won't keep product from being damaged.
