"Unlike the previous comment I must say that our experience with Red Devil Distributing were quite pleasant. We ordered 4 multi-line telephones and when they arrived they did not have all of the features that we were looking for. After calling their office I was advised that there was a restocking fee for returning these phones as there was nothing wrong with them. After speaking with their representative (Todd) he asked me to hold for a moment. When he came back on the line he told me that they were going to waive the restocking fee AND would arrange to have the phones picked up from our office at their expense. Sure enough, FedEx showed up the next day and away went the phones. Four days later I received full credit on my credit card for the phones. Yesterday, about a week later, I also received a Gift Certificate from Red Devil Distributing stating "We are sorry that your order was not as you expected. We hope that you will come back again."

I most definitely will! Overall, VERY good experience and highly recommended!

"In response to Red Devils comments about my review, here are the emails about my order that was placed on back order and then cancelled the day before Christmas Eve. I never called 6 to 10 times a day, what good would that do?? If I never order an item that was placed on back order, why were you "advising" me about the item? Really? Not once did I ever use profanity or become irate. If they have these phone calls recorded I urge you to ask to hear them, then you will know just how rude and disrespectful these people are. Not only is this company unreliable they are also liars.

Hello, my name is Sarah and on Dec 6th I ordered a karaoke machine for my daughter for Christmas and understood it was guaranteed delivery by the 25th. I was notified by email that the item was placed on back order Dec 8th. I recently tried to track my order and can not find it on your new web site. The only emails from you are dated Dec 8th letting me know the item was on back order and the one yesterday stating my order was cancelled. I placed this order on Dec. 6th not the 8th (as you keep saying) under the impression that the item was guaranteed in stock and would be delivered by Christmas, as stated on the web site. Again, I personally called Red Devil on the 15th and spoke with a man who said it was still on backorder and did I want to cancel my order? I said no, please keep it on order she really wants it. Lucky for me I have all the emails and paper work if you need to see them. As for this full refund where is that? You have done nothing you said you would and have yet to resolve this.
