"Beware of making purchases from this company. I purchased two PSP2 systems from them and extended warranties too and was expecting a rebate for the systems. I followed the instructions to the letter and have not heard word one from them with regard to my rebates. I've sent them several message however, they have a canned email response that they send and no phone number to call. If ever there is a suit bought against them, count me in."

They have a link on their help page concerning rebates, I filled out the info requested including my order number and asked about my rebate.
They responded back asking me to verify my rebate?
I responded back again with the order number and were they showed the $70.00 rebate, and that was over a week ago."
"The information regarding purchasing the education pack as it seemingly pertains to purchasing academic versions of microsoft software. How does it work? Do you need and education pack for each software pack/license you purchase? Is this legal?
I received emails confirming an order that was not placed due to a credit card prompt that said that the card I was trying to use was attached to a pay pal account. I was trying to use it as just a straight credit card as I did not have the paypal info for this card as it is the companys/bosses card. I then used another senior management credit card which worked. The email confirmation from pay pal seemed correct but the email from you never showed up? strange. In any case your customer response was quick in confirming that only one order was placed and not 2 and your pricing was the best on the web. Look forward to doing more bussiness in the future.

These folks are crooks. They falsely advertise and then ignore you with terrible customer service. Avoid them like the plague."

The store never sent me a ship notification. My software arrived 9 days after the order was placed via USPS.
