We bought the top of the line Medela breast pump (Medela Double Electric Freestyle) and we are extremely pleased.
First of all we found Realtoothbrushdeals.com through Google's Product Search, and this popped up because this site was the lowest price we could find. In fact it was cheaper than places like Toys R US, Sears, etc ... they are all in the $400 range and up...even Ebay couldn't beat this price ... we paid less than $300 before shipping ... talk about CHEAP!!
At first we were skeptical ordering such a high quality item online, and we are in Canada - so getting it shipped here was also a concern.
Realtoothbrushdeals was able to return a SHIPPED confirmation on a Sunday no less, and we got the item less than 48 hours later in Toronto, Canada. That's better service from some Canadian retailers and shipping was cheap! ($25 appx)
The item was a gift so there was a gift receipt attached - the package is a relatively small, but well packaged box with lots of protective stuffing around the product box itself - weighs appx 7 pounds for shipping purposes. Inside was a SEALED Medela unit, with every single thing in the box, brand new ,and never opened!!
I am completely amazed at the shipping speed, the product quality, and most of all with having found a new retailer that knows about customer service.

"I received the Sonicare Flexcare RS930 with UV sanitation unit. When I got it, it worked fine for about 1 month. Then toothbrush started not not hold a charge. Then about 2 months after that the toothbrush stopped functioning altogether. Realtoothbrushdeals does not have a contact number so i emailed them my request for a replacement. They did not respond. In summary the product I received was not of good quality and the customer service of this company is non-existent. "
