"The item I wanted to purchase was out of order. After sending an email to request it, I waited for like a month until the item was in stock. I was told to wait 2 wks first time but had to wait more than that and I had to send an request couple of times.
The service was great and the item was delivered quickly when it is in stock. But I was not completely satisfied because of the reason above."
