"2 THUMBS UP!!! Must Try!!

In regards to my previous review that the respond is slow and shipment is delay, It wasn't true at all with Real Electornics Cigarettes. It was actually due to my country custom that hold the products that causes the delay.

The Service provided from them is so excellent that you can't expect to receive it anywhere else nowadays. In order to speed up the whole process, they infact decided to resend me the package to try again !! Person I Lias with is patient and very thoughtful. Which company will bother to resend the package again nowadays??? > I have not met one.

If you are looking for good products with a wide range of variety and service oriented personel, this is definetly the best place to visit.

"I am very pleased with my first shopping experience with Real Electronic Cigarettes.

The item I purchased from them was on sale for 25% lower than other competing online retailers ($20 savings). Combined with the fact that the shipping and handling charges were free, it was an easy decision to order from Real Electronic Cigarettes.

There was a minor error with my order, but Real Electronic Cigarettes was quick to make up for it. They accidentally sent me a 5 pack of filled cartridges when I was supposed to receive a 5 pack of empty cartridges. When I notified them of the error, they immediately sent me out two 5 packs of empty cartridges at no cost and also let me keep the filled cartridges on top of that.

The product I received was as described and works great. I have no complaints and I definitely intend on ordering from Real Electronic Cigarettes again in the future."
