"My downright favorite part about Real Interact is the agents talking to our customers, they're very professional and personal (doesn't sound robotic.) I love how the live chat reps get the contact info from the visitors, its not coerced at all from their viewpoint.
The set up was swift and any updation requests are catered very quickly. We can now even assist after hours customers and follow–up the next day is so easy. We simply check our email, review the entire conversation and ring them up. We are now able to capture traffic that we were previously missing.
