"Ordered an Acekard2i. was a REAL card, not a fake.

After ordering from Gamekool. my card arrived DOA and fake, and because they shipped me a fake, they refused to return it.

I lost 15 bucks to them, but then i ordered from realhotstuff. took 4 days for it to arrive in Oahu Hawaii. would have taken 3 if i had not ordered on a saturday.

Costs a bit more, but well worth the price, for only 7 extra dollars i would have gotten faster shipping, better service and a (working) product.

"I ordered an Acekard 2i with the free shipping. I received my order with in 3 days. I ordered from this site because they were located in the USA and the are an authorized reseller. When i recieved my product I noticed that the back of the flashcart was raised which means it had the actel chip in it which they dont use anymore so I deceided to try it anyways and when I loaded the official os menu it would tell me to make sure the flashcart was a fake, because the official os menu blocks them. All in all I had to load the AKAIO1.5 on it so that it would work. I also took it apart to check the chip inside and it had a different chip than the sst that it should have. I was very disaponted that they sold me a fake one but at least it worked :/"

"One of the worse companies I have ever dealt with. Avoid this company, first they shipped to the wrong address and then told me I would have to repurchase the product and they would refund my card for the first purchase.
Begrudgingly I paid again and they shipped the product to the correct address. Then when the product arrived it was defective, obviously defective - in which they said I would need to purchase ANOTHER (make that three charges now) product and they would ship the new product and when they receive the defective one they would refund me. Avoid this company, total scam."

"This place is quite amazing. I ordered a TT DSTT + 1 gig sd card + free shipping on the 14th of January, it was shipped on the 15th, and I got it yesterday, the 19th. Everything came in a nice bubble-wrap bag, so nothing was broken or even slightly damaged. The only issue I have is that on the TT DSTT box, it says that it includes a free SDHC reader, but I had to buy the reader separately for an extra dollar at RHS. That's kinda lame, but I don't know if I can blame RHS for this. Besides, the extra dollar isn't all that bad... Shipping was free after all, and they kept their word and sent a free 1 gig sd card along with the DSTT. When I emailed them before ordering to make sure they still had DSTTs in stock, they replied promptly. Overall good service and fast shipment.

EDIT 2/17:
I change my mind. The customer service SUCKS. Here's one of the responses I got after a complaint: "That was the old package, not new one. You can ask other stores. We don't have to lie to you for over $1.00." I really hate the tone of all these sorts of replies... Esp since it seems as if they're trying to force you to trust them and stuff. Oh, and RHS they never actually answered my question... I wanted to know why my DSTT package said it included a reader, yet it didn't actually include one and I had to pay an extra dollar for it. RHS said the new package doesn't include one, and that mine was the old one. Well seeing as that's the case, then why doesn't mine have one? They just said, only new ones dont have it. Mine's an old one, so it should have it, yes? and the manufacturers SAID it has one... so wth!??! aaaaaaah!! Still, I spose the cust service isn't THAT bad... it DOES respond relatively quickly to emails... but its the RESPONSES that bug me. ~shrug~"
