"Utter time wasting clueless clumps. I'm unlucky enough to have chosen a Blackstar amp which can only be serviced by approved engineers, these cowboys are one of them, Although nearest to me, they are 80 miles away. Deposited my amp with them with clear instructions as to what the problem was (clean channel could not be re-selected once a drive channel was being used), got the amp back after a lot of time and travelling, £35 deposit paid the the bill, but they;'d done nothing other than allegedly push some valves back properly. After complaining to them, it transpired they thought the clean channel didn't work at all. Can't even read. They offered to look at it again, but am not prepared to waste another day and 380 miles total of driving for them to fail again, they also offered to have it couriered at their expense, but then I'm faced with buying packaging / boxes etc, and waiting in for a full day for the courier to arrive - entrust the amp in the back of his van which would be at MY liability, and then wait in for another full day for the courier to return the amp. STEER CLEAR OF THESE GOONS!!!! "

"I can't imagine how these guys stay in business!

They don't answer the phone or return phone calls.

They seem to only check their email twice a week.

They show an item in stock when it is backordered.

They bill your credit card when you order, not when they ship.

They find a way to take a week to ship something only 800 miles.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

"Terrible buying experience. They don't answer emails or the phone in timely manner. Dan Padilla the owner will not even call anyone back.

If you question their ****@****, they are just cocky and rude.

Here is the final email I received from sales:

This order has been cancelled, deleted and purged from our system.

Your card has been credited in the full amount.

The items have been put back into inventory, should you choose to come back.

At your service…

All I ask is that they expedited my order after 4 days of non-delivery or a tracking number. They they try to blame the customer for their screw ups. Nice!
