your rolling the dice buying from them. customer service forget it, they've been around i believe almost a decade and they dont even have any contact information if you have a problem. I tryed the racerbee v1's for like 7$ wen i was first starting out and smoked 3 of them in a day not just smoke but fire. they werent worth giving away. i gave them a shot again the start of this summer on a midguard fc esc aio the thing wont die. i also got the f3s esc fc osd aio and its been solid. so i thought i would give the f4 blheli32 esc fc it lasted for a week and a fet light on fire after i cliped a gate and bent a prop no crash just cliped and bent the prop, and started flying back to change it. My fault whatever so i ordered they're clracing clone fc and the typhoon 32bit esc, it was ****... giantic pads and super easy install, but with some 4s 2205 2600kv frestyle over an open field wile i locked in some pids and calibrated the current sensor. after 4 lipos i notices the copper strip going to the cap rail lifed off the esc, it was just falling apart. next time i pluged in a lipo sparks. i've sent several emails and opened a paypal dispute, its like fighting with a vending machene. I wont ever spend good money on high priced boards from them again. all thease good reviews are form people with limited esperence and when something goese wrong your screwed and all the time and money saved is down the drain. my money is better spent on high quality gear from reatailers that have customer service. In the long run even banggood has treated me better than rtfq. "
"I was leery to purchase anything from Ready to fly Quads because of the negative reviews. But they had several molex and jst connectors that I couldn't find anywhere else. So I decided it was only $20 and like I said I couldn't find them anywhere else. I placed my order aound 12:30am and received order confirmation but then was surprised to see an email update from them around 3:30am that same night that my order had been shipped! And I received my order two days later, right on time. This was my experience with my first and only order with Ready to fly Quads but I will not hesitate to order from them again. "If your item is in stock, and you are fortunate, your gear will ship quickly and work totally fine. Quality is usually there, and prices are quite good for domestic gear. Many customers have this experience, and think "What's the problem?"
But.
If you have ANY issues whatsoever, you should not bother with emailing the company, just start a Paypal issue and prepare to have them run out the clock before, finally, issuing you a rebate. They remind me of a direct-from-China vendor, except they are US based, and they don't have *ANY* customer service worth speaking of.
I still place orders with this company, and generally am not disappointed. But I do find myself having to involve Paypal fairly regularly, and I take it as the risk for dealing with this particular company. They don't seem to harbor any grudges, and I try not to either."

"Placed an order 9/12/2016 and as of today 10/4/2016 there has been no change in the order status from "Processing". I have sent several messages to them with no response! This is no way to run a business.....I have had no choice but to open a dispute via PayPal for my order. I sent them a message through PayPal just asking for information on my order, that was 9/29/16 and as you can guess, 10/4/2016 NO RESPONSE!!!!
