reship user for two years now, I love it

"I dont get some of these negative reviews.. they clearly display the shipping prices on their calculators and I recently noticed the shipping from Canada with UPS is way lower than before. I live in UAE and order lots of items from ebay and amazon north america. i ordered a 5kg box and paid $59 shipping. $5 handling, $2.50 for invoice removals. Yes i paid duties when it arrived to my country, but thats common sense and the law. "

"Normally it should take 1 to 2 days to respond to customers request it took an entire 2 1/2 months to complete my order, After Writing an email it took them 2 weeks to get back to me (I have email proof. Apparently complaints didn’t receive my initial email and then they blamed me for not writing an email in which I already had proof that I wrote that email so we went back and forward will I went forward they didn’t write back they only arrive back once every two weeks it took 2 1/2 months to get my order done that’s the first problem and then after that the shipping cost was so expensive it cost more than the products it’s off I will never use this again I hope the company shuts down I have proof of everything I say so I’m not afraid of a lawsuit ."

Horrible experience

"So... had 4 packages delivered to them... one took 180$ to ship from uk to romania. The other 3 arrived, tried to consolidate and after a week or so, recieved an email that said it contains 3 batterries, and needs to be splitted in 2 separate packages, max nr of batterries per package is 2. Ok, i said, asked them to split it. Took 2 weeks to split it. After that, tried to consolidate in 2 packages, 1 containing 2 of the 3 batteries and the other one 1 batterry. Just now recieved an email where they said they cancelled the consolidations because they can’t ship batterries. WTF!!!!!?????? It took 1 month to do that! Their pricing is outrageous and their customer support is awful! "

Awesome savings! The quote from DHL directly was $800 to Australia, Reship was $300

"I saved about $500 on the international shipping costs when I ordered my items through reship.com. The quotes I got from other websites were very high!

"I bought an item and had it shipped to reship address. Before I had sent them an address to reship it to they had advised me they would not ship my item. It was not illegal or prohibited but they didn't give me a legitimate reason why not so I never had my item shipped and I never heard back from them. I live on a disability pension so having an item worth over $100 just lost or destroyed is pretty hurtful."

"I wish someone had warned me not to use this company before I did so. So now I have the chance I'm going to give you the benefit of my experience and tell you not to have ANYTHING to do with them.

Like other reviewers here, I opened an account with them online. I had to pay $5 as an "ID check" via Paypal. (I didn't mind, I was just glad to have found a way to order goods from a US company that refused to do international shipping.) They gave me a postal address and told me I could use it right away to order goods. So I made 2 orders, a pair of shoes and a DVD, I thought I had found a good thing.

Now the story goes like the reviews below. It must have been like 36 hours after I opened the account with them that I was informed my account had been deactivated, they claimed it had been "flagged" as possibly fraudulent. There was absolutely no reason whatsoever for this decision.

To reactivate the account they asked for "front and back scans" of my credit card, (I mean come on, seriously, what legit company is ever gonna ask for that?) They also wanted a scan of my passport, ID card, and utility bills showing my residential address in China showing my name. I was shocked and deeply disappointed. Whenever ANYONE online asks for "front and back scans" of my credit card I immediately put them in the wannabe fraudster category.

I told them there was no way I was gonna give them credit card info, but I tried to satisfy their requirements in every other way, I was so desperate to try and get the goods which were on their way through the postal system and could not be stopped. I (probably foolishly) sent them a scan of my passport, although I did expunge the passport number and my signature. I sent them proof of my address, screengrabs from Paypal confirming my email address and physical address, a scan of my Chinese residency permit. They told me by email that I would hear within 48 hours whether they would reactivate the account. I waited 5 DAYS, they refused to reactivate the account and it has been one almighty pain in the ass and a financial loss trying to sort out the mess.

Their "customer service" is a joke. Call them by phone and you just get voicemail all the time. Leave a message and they NEVER call back.

Send them email and maybe the next day or maybe the day after that you'll get an unhelpful response that usually just repeats what they said in the last email. Their service is so terrible I think they can only be staying in business because they are getting some kind of kickbacks from crooks to whom they pass on credit card numbers and personal info of their 'customers'.

As for the goods I ordered it seems there is no way I can recover them. Reship said they would need pre-paid labels from the senders or they could not be returned. I have been in anxious and embarrassed contact with the senders of the goods trying to explain the situation, but as I have already paid these companies for the goods it seems they're really not that concerned, one of them basically told me it was my problem and outright refused to help me by sending a return label to Reship.

So... my advice to anyone even thinking about having anything to do with Reship.com? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Seriously.

"BEWARE!!! BE PREPARED TO LOSE YOUR PROPERTY!!!! AVOID!!!
I opened my account and was approved ...so, I ordered two items from Ebay and sent them to my new address at ReShip. Then within days....my account was closed!
Now, my packages are on the way and they be won't be sent to me overseas..now they are in limbo.
I called and asked what I needed to do to get my packages and was told I needed to reactivate my account. But to do so ReShip needed a photocopy of credit card (both sides) passport copy, photo ID and a copy of a bill showing my address. A little too much personal information to me. No thanks!
So, I was told by the employee on the phone they could send the packages back to the original seller for free but the I need Pre Paid Return Shipping Labels, which I can't get here in Taiwan.
Then in an email inquiry, Kate (which I have read about in earlier posts) said they will NOT ship them back free. This is not my fault and they wont take responsibility for my shipping fees that I will be losing.
This sure feels like my merchandise is being held hostage. Perhaps it's time to contact my attorney general and the BBB.
AVOID this company!!!

UPDATE I: Still no assistance getting my property back!
They approved me, then disapproved me and won't return my package. I'm trying my best to get my property back and now they say after 60 days my property is considered "abandoned" by their representative, Kate.
They are NOT helping me...just sending emails that basically say the same thing.
AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Just be aware that Reship.com will ask you to refund the initial postage AFTER they receive your item.

hen they will ask for a very expensive postage.Excuses may varies eg: calculation was wrong, no packaging etc. You will be kidnapped if you deal with them. This site is a scam. I have lost around $120 dollars on this. My pay, your experience.

"By far the worst service I've ever received from a company ever!

After opening an account and getting everything in order I had three packages shipped to my suite (Suite #K68911). Just before the last package are due to be delivered I get an email that my account has been deactivated!

Unbeknown to me for some reason my registration fee was reversed for some or other reason and this apparently flagged some fraud alerts and they promptly deactivated my account without even trying to rectify or try to contact me to try and solve the situation.

I made numerous proposals and attempts to try and rectify this situation, even informing them that I was willing to even wait for them to make sure their money was safe in their account before they ship so there is no financial risk to them.

I even gave them permission to contact Paypal to verify that I'm a legit buyer, but alas I was unsuccessful to resolve the matter.

According to them I need to contact the original vendors and get them to supply pre-paid return shipping labels at their/my cost. This is a big inconvenience for them and they are reluctant to do so and hugely humiliating for me.

So to date I'm still battling to get this mess sorted out, their correspondence is also extremely slow, takes around 1 business day (although this probably due to the time difference) and this is very frustrating.

Instead of this a straight forward transaction this has turned into an extremely frustrating and stressful event. I still don't know what's going to happen to my paid for parcels.

And to think I only used Reship this time because I felt their shipping rates were a little cheaper than MyUS.com that I had used previously.

I will update this review as things progress.
