Good communication, quick shipping

"Saw some negative reviews so was concerned. E-mailed them late on a Saturday to confirm the Q-Clips I wanted for my Yakima racks were actually in stock. Got a response Monday morning. Placed the order immediately and clips were in my hand later the same week. Best price anywhere, quick communication, quick shipping. Very satisfied customer. "

Terrible customer service

"Think twice about purchasing from this company. The bike rack did not fit my roof rack and Rerack didn't care. They only cared about making the one sale and not a loyal customer. Rerack requires you to pay the full shipping cost plus a 20% restocking fee. They apparently think its still 1995. The return shipping was going to be $53 and total loss for me would have been $82 on a purchase of just $142. I decided to just resell the item on my own. I highly recommend you DO NOT buy from this company.
I tried to work a compromise but they were unwilling to budge. Customer service dos not exist with Rerack. I purchased 2 of the same racks from moparonlineparts.com and they were $100 cheaper for the same bike racks except theses actually fit my roof rack and their customer service was amazing. AVOID RERACK AT ALL COSTS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

"I was a little hesitant to order from them but pulled the trigger since they are primarily a B&M store. I ordered a customer return Immo rack and they shipped it out the same day. The rack arrived in great shape with all of the hardware, instructions, etc. Couldn't ask for more!"

"Now before I begin I would like to say that I'm not sure if this company is always like this, this was just my experience. So I ordered a fit kit for my cars roof rack which they had on their website for a steal and with free shipping, I was so excited. I ordered on Friday and heard nothing until Tuesday which was expected with Labor Day. I got charged on Tuesday but still saw that the order was awaiting fulfilment, not that big of a deal I suppose. Now the next day I get an email saying my package has changed status, my though is "sweet, it shipped", nope status: refunded. At this point I'm confused and upset, e-mailed them and it turned out they never had the part in the first place. Now here's my biggest issues, I was charged (and still am waiting on refund) before they even confirmed they had the product, the product that they don't have is still on their website, and the biggest one is that I was informed over automated email and heard nothing else until I contacted them. They didn't even have the decency to get ahold of me first and explain the issue, that's just poor customer service. "
