"Extremely displeased. The item was not as advertised to did it do what it was supposed to. The box that the item was shipped in arrived torn and damaged. Responses to customer service were no returned for over a week and when I finally did contact them, all I received were small apologies. Now I have to pay for return shipping and wait for a refund.

"RC planet are great and have a much wider selection of products compared to the UK, thats why i order from them.

The only issue is the delay it takes to clear UK customs but thats not RC planets fault. Great service Great Team...
