"DO NOT buy the Razer products directly from their razerzone.com website. If you changed your mind then it will take FOREVER to get your money back. Their customer service is ****! It is almost a month now and I still have not received the refund money back to my account yet. STAY AWAY from this RAZERZONE.COM website! Buy from Amazon or Bestbuy then you will have a better chance and greater customer service."

Razer Ruined my Granddaughter's Christmas. No JOY in Minnesota.

"I placed an order from RAZER for one Razer BlackWidow Tournament Edition Chroma Stealth and one Razer DeathAdder Chroma for my Granddaughter's Christmas. The order total was US$224.94. The date of purchase was 12/02/2015. The Fed.Ex. shipping date was 12/18/2015. The package was NEVER delivered. At that point I contacted Razer order support for help in tracking the package and so began an e-mail trail between me and order support from January,2016 thru May,2016. Razer would not refund my money and offered a store credit. The credit code Razer provided on May 17,2016 expired AS I was processing the order. NO REFUND and NO STORE CREDIT. Totally scammed out of $224.94"

"Purchased Razer Anansi keyboard and matching mouse, $160.00 and some change. Its a little over a year and I contacted their "support" (if you can call it that) inquiring about the backlight LEDS used in the keyboard were getting weak and how can I go about in purchasing new ones from them or what was the specs for the original part. After submitting 3 inquires in 3 weeks time I finally received an answer. "Send it back and we will replace it." Really now.... even though its out of warranty cause the idiots didnt even read the initial email I sent. Their response: "We do not sell replacement parts and are not allowed to give out engineering details." Well geez thanks for nothing. So bottom line was to mail back keyboard, have them look at it and send me a bill for a new keyboard
(common practice dont ever fall for that send it back line).

Sure the keyboard has plenty of extras, but the purchasing reason was for a GREAT BACKLIGHTED KEYS. Just like anything else consumer grade electronics are built to withstand one year and thats it.

With the company not even caring to be a merchant member further dictates they dont care, just another crap retailer selling a high priced piece of dog crap. So unless your a smug deep pocketed consumer looking for over priced PNP's I would avoid them like the plague.

If you plan to use all their features it requires installation of some pretty hefty software 214MB, 570 files 72 folders. This also requires you to "login" to the software for it to function. Now I ask you, do you really need a process running gathering and selling your personal information in the background? Consuming 55,000K of memory and God knows doing what!

No thank you Razer. You have failed to impress me and I bet 99.9% of all your consumers. Oh and another little tid bit of info.... if you plan to get the 7.1 headphones, plan on purchasing another sound card as it only supports a few!

Razer fails on all levels.

"I am completely dissatisfied with Razer's customer service and would say "do not order from this company". I am a mother of a 14 year old and ordered for my son's Christmas gift, a "gaming" headset (Kroken Pro) which I would assume would work with the XBox 360. Immediately he knew that this headset was not compatible with the XBox so on Christmas day, started the process to return the item. Since I ordered the product on November 23rd (though I received it on 11/29) and didn't inform the company until the 25th of December, I was past their 30 day return "policy". Even though I tried multiple times to escalate the refund to upper management, I still was denied the refund, nor offered a credit. Unfortunately my credit card dispute had to abide by Razer's "policy" and was not able to reimburse me either. So I guess you guys won, hurray for you!"

"I placed an order with Razer's website on December 6th. It is now Christmas and I have not received my order, despite them having more than 2 weeks to get it to me. Had I ordered these products from Amazon, they would have been here by now. Lesson learned.

DO NOT order from this company if you actually want your stuff to arrive on time for important holidays. I sent an e-mail to Razer regarding this, and have not heard back yet...
