I looked at the invoice and the shirt was marked as a BO and then looked at the total price and noticed that it had been changed and the T-Shirt was totally dropped from the order without ever even notifying me. I would not have ordered the shirt if I did not want it. They could have shipped the shirt separate but nope we will just change your order with notifying you. "
"I am a private citizen and I LOVE Ray Allen! We needed some muzzles, as we were introducing a full-grown dog to our home that has an older dog and three cats. We went with the nylon mesh muzzles, they work PERFECTLY! We also previously purchased a tracking harness and 15 foot tracking lead. The quality os AWESOME! AND it was in our home in 4 days! "Very disappointed! I ordered a nylon quick release pinch collar and a wire muzzle, received my order a few days later without pinch collar it was on back order. I would've ordered a different collar if their website advised me it was on back order. Basicly I paid $30(19.95+10.00 shipping)for a muzzle that I could've bought for $24.95 at my vet and the one my vet hss is better quality. It has wide nylon straps instead of narrow leather ones, no matter how tight I adjust it she still gets it off, the straps are fastened too low on the muzzle, so she can just paw at the top and pull out of it. Now I can't send it back because she scratched it up on the concrete getting it off. Shipping was $10 for both items, received one, but still had to pay $10. I'll never buy anything from Rayallen.com again."
