Not good, not happy

"I have to agree with the other negative reviews. I still do not have item I paid Ray Allen over $60 for. After calling their customer service I feel I'm on my own and have no idea if I’ll ever receive my purchase. Not a good feeling - not a good way to treat people who pay you money for an item. One of the worst experiences I've ever had as a consumer.

Not helpful at all

"My goal was to get a nicely fit muzzle for my malinois. I followed all measuring instructions and when I wasn't able to find the exact match, I contacted the sales department for the help. And they did help me to get the wrong size, Now I had to pay to return it. Horrible service."

So disappointed

"Ray Allen used to be the place to go for quality dog gear but when I received my leather dog leash I couldn't believe how cheap it was. The leash was very lightweight plus it had a tear on the leash where the leather was supposed to be. My GSD is only 5 months old but he could have pulled their leash in half easily ! I don't know what happened to this company but it's a real shame. One good thing about them was I was able to get in touch with them by email and tell them that I wanted a refund. They responded right away and said that I will get a refund on my card. Hopefully I will."

Horrible

"They ripped us off. Nobody responds to inquiries. Instead they ask for reviews on a product we never received. Lot of time wasted. Furthermore the shop is not run by the family and it's all a big marketing scheme. Quality seems to be bad as well. They are making ridiculous videos trying to sell balls attached to strings and other questionable items on YouTube. Don't let them fool you. If anything happens with your order they don't reply. They keep your money and have the nerves to ask for a review. As seen on this site from other reviews, Im not the only one who had to figure out that they are scammers. They seem to have priority customers and customers they just don't care about, especially overseas. Beware!!!!"

K9 heat alarms

"Not sure what is going on but can not get and customer service on Heat alarm systems just purchased system for New K9-PC. and it will not work , sent numerous emails on installers section stills no help . So if you are in need of a heat alarm for your public service vehicle I would try another manufacturer.

Really Happy with the Customer Service

"Was looking for a discontinued headlamp and they had it on their website. I ended up being sent the latest model rather than the one pictured, however, contacting their customer service over the phone was quick and easy. The customer service rep had great communication and had answers for all my issues. Maybe I had a stressed inflection in my voice, but the rep was very attuned to it and picked it up quickly noting they totally understood. I was just really surprised by the quality of the service.

They offered to pay the return shipping as it was a misdelivery or to trade for the version of the headlamp with a different filter. I have to send some images over of the incorrect product and the rep first asked if I would be ok with continuing over email rather than telling me it would proceed over email. She also noted I was on the fence about returning or exchanging and mentioned I could take some time to decide and let her know how I'd like to proceed via the e-mail as well.

"13" U-Stuff-It, Item # KB13, my 10 month old GSD tore apart with first tug near one of the handles. My mistake, I should have held both handles and let the dog tug the middle part of the toy only.

"Our experience was wonderful. Online ordering is a breeze. I shop with you for the Police Department and have always been very pleased with all experiences. The products are top quality. We have Rotts and our 8 month old is 103 pounds already. We need tough toys and you have them. You are the only vendor, except at dog shows, that carry the Herm Sprenger steel toggle collars. They work so well for us and we love them. We will definitly order again, especially if our baby keeps growing the way has up until now."
