"I ordered a bunch of items from their webstore. I received my package in a timely fashion BUT it was missing items. My order total was over 100 dollars, but I only received about half of my merchandise in terms of value! The packing list that arrived with my package detailed the items I received. I had to go through the packing list and compare it to my order to figure out exactly what I hadnt received. The customer should NOT have to do that. THE SELLER should have the integrity to inform their customer what is missing and to tell the customer their options. According to the seller she had emailed me about my options but I checked for it everywhere in my inbox and spam folders. Additionally, the seller did not respond to any further communications from me. I have filed a paypal dispute which will escalate to a claim if not resolved. I have the packing list and my order to back up that I did not receive all of my order so I WILL get my money back, one way or another. I definitely will not order items from this seller again and caution others as well!"
"I placed an order, received a confirmation telling me I would soon receive shipping info, and I have been in limbo ever since. No response to follow up emails (2). Still holding out hope but I think it's money throw in the garbage."

"I ordered from their website in early November, thinking I'd have plenty of time to receive it before Christmas.... and Christmas is 4 days away and I still haven't received anything. I was weary of ordering from these guys to begin with and now I'm starting to think I've been scammed. You better believe the payment transaction went through instantaneously, they took no time at all making sure they got their money. I've ordered things that were on back order that I've received sooner than this. It shouldn't take over a month to get a package from Mississippi to Ohio, even if by horse drawn carriage. I can't say that this is the case for everyone but I definitely won't be giving them my business again. This is one big reason why large corporate business swallows the little guy. If you plan on taking the risk with these dudes, good luck."
"I searched a lot of different websites for the ritual supplies I needed, and Ravens Mist had the best overall prices, as well as a good selection. I got an even better deal during their Samhain promotion, which saved me roughly $10 off of my order. The shipping was also very quick, though I am still waiting for one item that had to be shipped from another location, the rest of my order shipped very quickly. Id recommend them to anyone. The website does need some polish, it looks a little unprofessional, but thats a minor complaint."
