"I ordered my items on June 21st in hopes of being able to bring my items with me to Motion Notion (the 21st of July, a full month later), but despite a discussion with customer service I have only had my items out shipped now on July 26th, so I was not rave ready for the one festival I am attending this year.
Customer service mentioned that my items had not been shipped in this email.

However, I have notified our shipping department that you need this order by the 20th, and we will be sending your package with free upgraded shipping in order to get it to you by then. This email was sent to me on July 7th. While this reply was prompt, the assurance never came to fruition and I have yet to recieve a tracking number even now that my order has supposedly been shipped.
While an effort was made, no follow up emails were answered when I asked if there was a glitch in my order status (after it never changed) and no follow up since.
In conclusion, despite this possibly being a one-of event with having my order dropped, I will not be taking the chance again with this supplier.
I would recommend this store for their selection, but only if your event is many many months in the future. "

"I shopped around to DOZENS of rave apparel sites looking for the lowest prices on J Valentine gear and some other common items. RaveReady beat the item prices, shipping cost AND had coupons.
That $5 flat rate shipping is amazing! I hate having a minimum order cost to get free shipping on other sites.
I saved an estimated ~$40 (inc. shipping) from what I would have paid for the same items IHeartRaves.com or Amazon.
My only issue was that a back-ordered item was not marked as such.
This means ordering 2 weeks prior to EDC was almost not enough time to get all of my items! Cut it way to close for comfort...
However I want to say that their Support was super friendly and quick to address my emails. It ended up being a truly good experience. :)"
