"I'm bitterly disappointed in Rave Ready, I made an order of over $300AUD/$200USD worth of J Valentine nearly a month ago. My orders status was updated 'shipped directly' within 24 hours of my order being placed but I never received a tracking number or evidence that my order was actually shipped. I have now sent 4 different messages since this time and have not received any responses. I am so disappointed and upset that I have heard nothing at all despite all these attempts to contact RaveReady. I am a buyer from Australia and found RaveRready through JValentine's list of official stockists and didn't think twice when they had items in stock I struggled to find in my sizes on other stockists websites. I have been in contact with J Valentine directly and will let them know of my experience, as well as multiple Instagram and other social media accounts who have significant followings. This bad experience needs to be shared. I hope that there's an attempt from RaveReady to reach out and confirm a tracking number/proof of postage as soon as possible."

"I am very very very frustrated STILL! I have emailed and posted to this company multiple times. I first order back in 5/22/17. I never received a tracking number or confirmation that it shipped, so I contacted them 5/29/17 and they responded 5/30/17 with a tracking number. I returned 2 items following their return policy with tracking number. They got the package. NEVER GAVE A REFUND. I have emailed them 5 TIMES through their website which they have answered me multiple times before about OTHER THINGS rather than my refund. They are IGNORING my REFUND and not giving me my money back. So now, they got the PRODUCT and MY MONEY. I'm very upset and I've told all my friends NOT to shop at this site and they have listened. I hope you guys listen too. Rave Ready owes me roughly $40. Don't waste your money on this site."

"I purchased some Camel 311 boots for my girlfriend and she's totally in love. I got them on sale for about 40% off which is an incredible deal if you know anything about these boots. She's been wanting a pair forever so I got these for her birthday and shes super hyped. I placed my order about a month before her birthday, June 24th, and they came in plenty of time. The boots were in their large box and wrapped in brown paper so packging was good. I didn't get an included invoice but I can download it from the website if I needed it for some reason but I doubt I ever will. Overall it was a great purchase and I'd happily purchase here again and tell my friends."
"I purchased two all over print shirts that were custom made on June 10th the shirts had a 10 day "crafting" period but I got them in about a week. Overall I am really happy with my purchases but I with they would stock the shirts for faster shipment because they are really cool but I guess it is ok because they advertised 10 days and I got it in less and I was prepared for it. The hoodie shirt is pretty great, the fabric is on point."
"You hop at raveready because they are real ravers and the clothing is actually designed to make it through a hard festival. It isn't like that "IHeart" crap that is made and china and falls apart. You come here for quality items that have actually been tested at a festival. Over the past few years I've had a processing mixup, a delivery issue (totally my fault), and a few items that didn't fit just the way I wanted and RaveReady support always took care of me. It usually takes a few days for them to respond, so I would love it if that was quicker but it's clear they do all they can and that they care about me. I'll be part of the raveready fam as long as I can dance."
"I've used them for most of my rave outfits since I started raving at EDC in 2015. I've never had an issue and always end up with way more stuff than I ordered. On this last order I ended up getting like 6 free items! I emailed to let them know that they sent me the wrong order and they were like NOPE that's just free stuff. They gave me two sets of pasties, a pair of holographic strappy shorts, a crop top, and some light up toys. I won't wear some of the free items so I will just pass them on the my rave fam."

"I placed an order on the 31st of May. On the 7th of June I contacted them to receive my tracking number, they responded quite quickly on the 8th of June with my USPS tracking number.
It is now the 11th of July, and so far the only thing thats happened with my order is that a shipping label has been created. I have contacted the company numerous times the past 3 weeks inquiring about when my order will be shipped out (I specifically ordered the item for a festival thats happening 3 weeks from now).
They claim on their website that the orders go out in 4 days yet mines been a month and a half and its still not sent out..
Also they claim it takes them 2-3 business days to get back to you but now its been weeks...
Very unhappy with their lack of customer service, kicking myself in the **** that i didn't order this item from i heart raves. I made an i heart raves order 1 week after this one and have already received it as of 2 weeks ago!
Saw all the bad reviews after I placed the order and had a feeling it was going to go down like this. I warn everyone to stay away!
I have contacted my bank and sent them proof that i have been messaging them and proof of purchase, because i would like my money back, and since rave ready is not answering me, I will try to get my refund from my bank."
"I ordered a sequin kimono jacket about a week before W2 of eforest. It showed up in about 5 days and was just as sparkly and amazing as i thought it would be. No problems with shipping or delivery, it was double wrapped in plastic so it was packaged pretty well. Thank you so much for your quick shipment, the robe was totally perfect for the forest!"
" have recommended raveready to many friends who go to a lot of events. Everything always fits well if you actually read the size charts. I've made a few mistakes in the past, haha. They ship pretty quickly but I've heard it can slow down during the peak festival season. I usually plan my outfits way in advance so I never have any issues."
"Ordered my outfit over 2 week ago (I’m in LA counTy, so are they) send several messages to them about a tracking number and some kind of update. It shouldn’t take this long especially since I am in the LA county and I should’ve been given a USPS tracking. No responses and no update. Avoid buying from this company you won’t get your product in time. Horrible "
"ITEMS ARE NOT AS PICTURED, THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, THEY ALSO NEVER SHIPPED MY ITEMS UNTIL I COMPLAINED ABOUT IT A WEEK LATER. I order $60 purple LED fuzzies and they looked like a CHILD made them. They had pins all over them and to make them light up you had to dissemble each pin to remove the safety paper and then reassemble and rotate the pin for the lights to come in. The lights weren't the pictured color and it looked like something a kid made to wear to school for wacky Wednesday. I EMAILED THEM THREE times and no response. But as soon as I posted a bad review they responded within FIFTEEN MINUTES I kid you not. They wrote on the review that they would accept the return to make themselves look good AND NEVER TRIED RESPONDING BACK TO ME THROUGH THEIR OWN WEBSITE FOR A RETURN. "
