"Both my invoice and packing slip said 8mm hempex, but pretty sure I received 10mm. I didn't realize it until after I started to use it on my project and was getting very frustrated at the inability to fit the rope the way that it should have fit. Of course I've already cut and modified it so that I can't return it. I purchased some 8mm from another supplier and it fit perfectly, so there is definitely something off with the rope I received.
