"Ordered 2 Coleman Xpedition Pet Carrier Item # 8743-006. Only Received 1 Carrier, Still Owes Me 1 More Carrier Or A Refund. Web Site Is Closed For Repairs???? Ebay Closed His Site - To Many Negative Feedback. Ralphs Won't Even Respond To My Credit Card Fraud Division. Worthless Seller - Ripped Off Alot Of People, I Guess They Can't Count One-Two To Make Order Right. Do Not Buy From Will Streal Your Money- FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Never left a review before but I'm gonna make the extra effort. Ordered on the 11th product arrived on the 13th. Price you cant beat on a West Bend Coffee Maker ($9.99) Great deal of the day. Shipping carton was a little damaged not sure if it was Ralph's or FedEx. Nevertheless pretty great experience, thanks!"

"RalphShops.com boldly advertises "99% of our orders ship out within 24 hours." Just don't be surprised to find yourself in that 1% of orders that don't even ship out in the same week. I ordered from this company because their webpage showed "14 in stock" of the item I wanted to purchase and their shipping policy plainly states, "We take great pride ensuring that your order is received in record time. All orders placed before 1:00PM EST will ship out that day from a Ralph Shops warehouse." My order was placed before 6AM EST on a Tuesday and still had not shipped by close of business the following Friday. And if you think the customers in that population of 1% are treated with special attention or concern by RalphShops.com, think again. Three phone calls to their Customer Service Department on three different days resulted in three different promises that I would be contacted either by phone or e-mail with the latest status of my order - no such communication has been received. Even worse, this company debited my credit card the same day I placed the order in direct violation of their stated policy that credit card transactions are not finalized until the buyer is provided a shipment tracking number. As of the fifth day following placement of this order no tracking number had been provided. I ended up having to write the company's owner, who did nothing more than cancel my order and refund my credit card - no apology, no explanation, nothing - just a lot of wasted time on my part."

"Ordered a Paula Deena Toaster. Half the price of Walmart. Was skeptical about the price being so low and appreciated the feature to call a rep right from the Ralphshops site. After speaking to a friendly rep who assured me that they had a retail operation in NY i went ahead and placed the order. Everything arrived so I guess you can call this a good experience and I would shop with the Ralph shops again."
