"I ordered one of their corded camera timers through AMAZON before knowing they had a web store. Within two months it would no longer trigger the camera which was confirmed on a friend's camera. I emailed this company and received an email within 45 minutes. This was late at night so I thought that is great customer service. They asked me to send the timer in for a replacement. They received my timer over a week ago (confirmed by a tracking number) and still no word from them. I've emailed at least three times asking for an update but they refuse to answer. There is no phone number that I can find. So basically buying from them is you, the buyer, take the risk. If it breaks it looks like you'll be s.o.l..

UPDATE: contacted Amazon on the 5th of March. They refunded my money even though it was past the return/refund date. On March 10 or 11th I received the replacement from RainbowImaging. It was mailed on the 4th. They never did reply to my emails so I had no idea they sent out the replacement.
