"Be really careful ordering on the phone with these guys. They are not "honest". They would tell you one thing then charge you a whole lot more. And when you question them on the phone, they would make up story as: insurance charges, the mailing address is different from the charging address, etc...

They told me on the phone total was $102, then they emailed me total of $112 and the actual charge appeared my VISA is $118.


I'm really sad that there are such DISHONEST people in this country. Please think twice before ordering from this Raf's Inc. company.

Their prices look good but their service fee is outrages and the most important thing is they would lie to you on the phone.

After a "wrestling" long phone call (an upsetting one too) and after they cut me off, they have decided to cancel the order and refund my money.

Lesson learned: do not give a credit card or payment till you see the actual bill in writing.
