"Ordered a leg for a tripod ladder from this company and 4 weeks later have still not received it. Have received very little information about it. Their e-mail addresses don't work. Very little response to any requests for updates!! Even though I have requested that they refund me the money i have paid them they have not do that either. Unless you are prepared to be ripped off, avoid this company at all costs!!!"

I've tried to contact their customer service dept on 3 occasions and no reply.

"Ordered a strimmer from this company and when I chased them, was informed that it was out of stock but due to be dispatched 'next week'. The strimmer never came, so I chased them twice over a period of weeks, getting increasingly more frustrated with the lack of transparency and communication. When I finally emailed to tell them I was very annoyed and where was the strimmer etc, a girl called Amy replied saying they 'provided garden machinery, not life saving equipment' and telling me my email to them was rude (it wasn't) and they refunded me. Wish I'd just got the strimmer elsewhere rather than waste weeks chasing a company who clearly weren't being honest about their lack of stock at point of sale, but were happy to take my money. They couldn't care less about their customers and you're made to feel like the order is of zero interest to them. Attitude and clear communication are everything-don't go near this company, and don't be tempted by the competitive pricing-it isnt worth the hassle. "

"Their goods and price are what they state. However their use of cheap, unreliable couriers mean anything you purchase is subject to their failings. For that I would urge buyers to stay well clear, Unless you want your stuff undelivered and sat in a wharehouse 50 mile away."
