"Bought a battery for a pager. Their description stated "Original RLN5707A: 3.6V NiMH Minitor V Pager Battery. Minitor V Rechargeable Battery. THIS IS NOT A AFTERMARKET BATTERY." When I received the battery, it was NOT a Motorola factory battery. It was an off brand. Would have never ordered that if I had known. Gave two stars because they were fast in getting the order prepped and shipped.

"Very fast. Ordered 10 bpr40s . after my order they sent a confirming email and coordinated how to program the radios. I ended up having to send one of my existing radios for programming. About 3days later the new radios arrived at our facility. Overall a great order, we will be ordering them again."
"I usually have a pleasant experience with RadioTwoWay.com but recently was dis-satisfied with their customer service. I ordered batteries for our fire department radios, model HT1250. Unfortunately when the batteries arrived, they did not hold a complete charge. I contacted radiotwoway.com and went back and forth calling the customer service rep, warehouse rep, and "manager" (note: the manager is also the warehouse rep). First I was told the batteries were old stock, then notified they were good. Finally I had them test the batteries and 4 out of 6 came out as faulty. However they want to charge a 25% restocking fee to return them!... and my fire dept. was forced to pay the shipping back to the warehouse. It's sad to see such poor customer service from an established company like this, especially one I've dealt with in the past.
I do not recommend Radio Two Way .com. Word to the wise, find a local dealer if you require Motorola radios or accessories and save yourself the headache."
