Best customer service ever!

"Pay no attention to the negative reviews. I went surfing the net for a router for my elderly parents and found one at RadioLabs. The discussions I had with people at the company were amazing. I was informed, not rushed off the phone and helped immeasurably. They had just moved and were slammed by TWO hurricanes, but still managed to ship my order. Not only that, but Chris spent quite a while on the phone with my non-tech dad and got him up and running. Look, it's easy for unsatisfied customers to post and I get that, but consider this hugely satisfied customer's review as well. This is a great company. The end."

"Waiting two weeks for credit card charge ro be taken off my Bill for product that never arrived do not answer phone or acknowledge email....should not have to have my credit card company Chase them down"

They may have been a good outfit at one time but not any more.....

"Needed to get wifi at my detached garage so I called RadioLabs and they told me no problem and sold me a Bullet backfire Combo for $214.21 Note on invoice said to call and ask for Amy and she we send me the instructions. So I called and Amy is no longer there. Spoke to someone else who would get right on it. Two days later no directions, called again they would send right away. Finally got instructions only the diagram didn't resemble anything I received so I called again "o sorry you got wrong directions" day later got new directions. Then began the calls for support. Long story short help is not free it costs $65 per hour and while he is helping you he answers the phone to help others and puts you on hold...repeatedly and the whole time you can hear supervisor in background yelling like an idiot at the poor guy. Never got system to work. Called local tech guy who came to house and told me it would never work as setup. He advised me to buy a better router...which cost $60 which solved my problem."

customer service is terrible

"Once you buy a product from this company, it either works or the struggle begins. If you have an issue with their product, even its under warranty, they do almost everything to blame the error on you.
A happy customer or fair dealing are things they don't know.
I bought several products over the years from them but my last experiance is just the worst.
A bullet repeater I ordered in June was not working. I had to send it back on my own costs. Now it's at least a month since I sent it in and didn't get a replacement. emails will not get answered and once you have a rep on the phone, excuses about to much work come up and that it might be your fault, the product is not working and that they would have to talk to the boss to decide about a replacement. And then, you don't hear anything.
Experiences like this make amazon bigger and bigger

bad customer service

"I bought a complete marine antenna and booster for my RV, in less then a year the antenna leaked water thru there seals. I contacted them and they gave me a RMA number to return it to be repaired. Well when they got it they said it was not there fault that the antenna seals failed. They would repair it only if I paid for the repair. I asked there owner how was it my fault their seals failed??? I got the biggest bull **** story you ever heard. that i was not their fault or mine, but i still had to pay. I never did get a straight answer and their customer satisfaction **** real bad. It was under warranty but would not repair it in good faith. I would recommend you buy some were else where they honor there product and warranty. "

Great Products and Tech Support which have saved me

"I've setup multiple point to point WiFi systems since 2002. From across the street to over miles and have always found the equipment to work to expectation for simple internet to early VOIP systems connecting office locations.

When I've had problems (i.e. lightning strike) I was able to get new equipment the next day. I called, pulled up records, and reordered without a hitch after three years!

Support has always been there and they are more than willing to see issues through to the conclusion. Old setups and new, they have supported me and fixed issues. The setup manuals are step by step and clearly define both client and server side setups, however, when I've run into trouble it's never been more than a phone call away.

Slow SO Slow you wait a life time

"We order a point to point 400.00 order, 15 days later Noting. Called 3 time Emailed 2 times Chatted 3 time with no reason why its still sitting in shipping, We canceled order. Now its a wait game to see if we get our money back,"

Not Impressed

"Bought a long distance router. Sorry to say it had to be rebooted almost everyday and sometimes more than once a day. It would just freeze up until you cut the power and repowered and would work just fine. Cost more than $120. Since I need a router I ordered another one. Same one. When I got new one I sent the troublesome one back on warranty. But----the new one did same thing, had to reboot all the time. Radio Labs said my router were fine and sent me the troubled number one router back. So, I'm out near $250 on routers. I then order a cheapo $28 dollar router from ebay and I'm using it for months without a reboot. Also use signal at another house 700 ft thru the trees with this Netis elcheapo unit. I say stay away from Radio Labs routers. On another note, 1 watt, 50 watt, it won't do you any good to have the power as your computers radio has to talk back with it's tiny output. This is just a sales ploy. "

Teamwork Extraordinaire!

"After installing a new hard drive and Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan, I couldn't get the installer for my new WavePlus USB WiFi antenna to work. I emailed through the support page and within 30 minutes, the RadioLabs team worked with me over the phone and through remote control to get my antenna working. I can heartily recommend their products and service. We use them on sail boats and also while traveling for business."

Service was superor

"I just wanted to comment on the great service and support I received from the guys at RadioLabs. Their advice on equipment was on target. I have an almost ‘off the grid’ situation where I need to bring internet to a spot to remote to connect to DSL or Cable. So at their recommendation I purchased in April 2015 a ‘bridge system – 900 mg non line of sight’. Not having used such equipment previously, during set up I needed some tech help and they were there with phone and email help to get things up and running smoothly. Then in November of 2015 I had failure of the bridge to make connection and again they were there to help by phone an email. I will say we tried many things to get it going as well as the RadioLabs guys finally getting the manufacture (Ubiquiti) involved. Even tech help via email from the manufacturer couldn’t fix the problem which turned out to be a failure of hardware problem. Again the RadioLab guys were on it assisting me with return authorization for the under warranty equipment. Nice ending to story as the manufacturer replaced the defective equipment under warranty and my remote internet system is back up and operating well. I cannot say enough good things about how RadioLabs handled my ‘help‘ requests and assisted in resolving my problem. That kind of service earns my customer loyalty. RadioLabs and staff were there when needed to service their customer and stand behind the products they sell. As I am posting this I read a few unfavorable reviews – don’t know those stories -- but my experience with RadioLabs and their staff has been very positive. Next time I need the equipment they sell I’ll be on their website or phone."

"I'm writing this review for two reasons. First because I had stellar service, and everything worked as intended. I'm not one to review products or services, but I had read some of the negative reviews about this company, and I felt compelled to tell a different story. I had a unique situation where I needed to get Internet to an island on a lake. My options were extremely limited, and after talking to a few different companies, all of which suggested the same type of solution, I went with RadioLabs based on price and a recommendation from technology review site, which mentioned RadioLabs as an aside. I spent much time on the phone with RadioLabs, they surveyed my situation with Google Earth, and we decided on a particular setup. I paid the extra $50 for them to configure everything, and had it delivered. The transmitter was installed on the mainland and the receiver on the island. The installation was my responsibility. Once the antennas were aligned. I had perfect Internet on the island. a SpeedTest showed the speed the same at both locations. I am even able to stream 4K video without a hitch. Good job, Great gear, and great service. Thank you Radio Labs!!!"

"Stay away from these crooks. They sold me an expensive ($299.95) radio that didn't even work. Now I have to pay shipping back to them per their unfriendly return policy. Then their incompetent solder jockeys can try to fix it so that I have an expensive refurbished radio of dubious quality and craftsmanship. Avoid this outfit at all costs or you could be as sorry as I am."

"I bought the 900mHz Non-Line-of-sight wireless bridge and had Radiolabs pre-configure it for a setup from a remote cabin to a farm about 2 miles through rolling hills and timber. Works awesome and very fast. Exceeded my expectations. The equipment came in one box and was very neatly packaged. The manual was also very helpful to double check the configuration for the dishes. I did call the tech/sales support team for the initial purchase and a follow up to make sure they would be available in the event I needed help. A very positive experience for myself and the client. "Ordered bridge kit to operate at 3 miles. Equipment was easy to configure. Instructions were very good and had the bridge operating within an hour.
Bridge has been up for a long time now, and no problem.
Don't understand negative reviews, they are the best wifi company I've dealt with. Helped me set up my wireless bridge at no cost.
