"Brand new radiator for my Ford Explorer at great low price and now you know why. Lady at customer service hangs up on you, no reply on multiple emails to customer service. Learn lesson well, pay a little more and go to local auto parts store. "

"Purchased a heavy duty radiator back in november of 2010, had a problem with it leaking just recently, contacted customer service and all I had to do was send 3 pictures of the problem, and they sent me a replacement free of charge, didnt even have to send the old one back. VERY VERY happy with the customer service, and the product seems to be a good quality, no complaints here, probably just a fluke that the first one had a problem.

Edit: Several months after this review the replacement order once again started leaking, this time from the bottom seam of the radiator. Contacted customer service once again, they refused to send me a replacement and told me that I likely have a bad engine instead. After discussing with customer service they agreed to have me return the radiator so that they could verify that the damage was indeed a manufacturer defect, and issue a refund. After receiving the return, I received a check in the mail for the full refund price about 2 weeks later. I am satisfied with the outcome of the return, but the product quality is extremely poor for something the customer service rep called their "top of the line performance radiator" which was supposed to be tested for extreme pressure. I will not buy a radiator barn product ever again, the advance auto parts ready rad i bought a week after this started leaking the second time has held up fine for months now.

"I ordered a radiator for my Subaru Legacy with a manual transmission. The radiator I got is incorrect. The one I need is the one listed for Automatic transmission only. When I called customer service I was told it was my fault for ordering the incorrect part and would have to pay for return shipping and 15% restocking fee. I tried to explain their listing is incorrect but that didn't seem to matter!

Today I received a email from Rob at Radiator Barn trying to figure out the listing problem. They are going to waive the restocking fee. Hooray for Customer Service!

"I ordered a radiator for my BMW. The wrong radiator was sent to me so I contacted them to return it. I received the UPS label and the link to print the label did not work. I sent an email to them through their website and no response for 2 days so I sent the radiator back with the label it came with. Turns out they drop ship from their supplier. I was charged a 15% restock fee and they will not refund that back to me. They tell me it's my fault I did not contact them. HELLO, I waited 2 days for a response and never heard back. Very poor customer service and they do not stand behind their products. I would not recommend buying anything from this company. PERIOD."

"I have ordered two or three radiators at different times from this company and always had super quick delivery and great quality parts. However, it is when a problem occurs that Radiator Barn's superior customer service really outshines the competition. I ordered a Jeep radiator and the filler neck was slightly damaged in shipping, I installed it anyway and found that it had a drip because the cap would not seal. I called customer service and a real person answered by the second ring who immediately agreeed to not only allow return but they paid for return shipping and shipped a replacement that day, no further questions asked. This is a company that you can trust for not only great normal service but exceptional service when something goes wrong. "
