Thank you for the opportunity to write a review for Radiant Life

"I was told to order cod liver oil, not fish oil, because the former is more beneficial, health-wise, than just plain fish oil. So, at Radiant Life, I ordered 2 bottles of Dropi Cod Liver oil (~$105). I received 2 bottles of "Dropi Clean Icelandic Fish Oil". I checked to make sure I ordered the Cod Liver Oil, and I did. But, on looking closer, the listing was different (Cod Liver Oil) from what the bottle said (Fish Oil). On the box it also says (below, in small print)-- "Liquid cod liver oil supplement." Fda.gov on supplements: "Multivitamins, vitamin D, echinacea, and fish oil are among the many dietary supplements lining store shelves or available online. Perhaps you already take a supplement or are thinking about using one. Dietary supplements can be beneficial to your health, but they can also involve health risks. So, it’s important that you talk with a health care professional to help you decide if a supplement is right for you". I wasn't shopping for a $100. supplement. I emailed several days ago. No answer..."

Terrible customer service

"This is the worst company for water because they will not help you properly once you buy they’re very expensive system. It takes a lot of monitoring and they will not help you over zoom which is something everyone can do nowadays because everyone has access to zoom but they refuse to help even if you are somebody who is disabled"

"I talked with Alea in customer service and she was incredibly helpful in answering my questions and upgraded my shipping when I made an error on the shipping type I selected. A great selection of products and a water filter are on my list next!"

Not a reputable company

"***ALLERGY WARNING***
Buyer needs to be warned that the whole house water filter Series 6 is made with COCONUT CARBON. There are no promotional materials or website descriptions that state this for the whole house water filter.

We unfortunately learned this the hard way. The company was terrible helping us troubleshoot the problem and dealing with the issue. My nutritionist who recommended the filter called, and she didn't get any information from them either.

The company said they would give me a refund, but that the RMA # and return info would be in a separate email. I never received that email, and the company went radio silent when I questioned them about it. This doesn't seem to be a reputable company.

If you read reviews on the company when pulling up the Better Business Bureau, you'll see that this seems to happen to multiple people. Other people talk about the terrible customer service. Others talk about reacting to their products, and having the same issues with the company as me.

In addition to this problem, there were other signs of the company not seeming legit. The user's manual we received for our item was for the wrong product. When we told the company about it, they wanted to give us a PDF instead of mail out a paper copy, which won't work for the plumber installing the unit.

Additionally, when we received our unit, carbon was coming out everywhere from the box. They literally put painter's tape over the hole on the unit to prevent carbon from spilling out. The company did not exchange out filter even though carbon was everywhere, making for an extremely dirty situation for us to clean up.

While these things seemed like small things, we can now see that it was an early warning that this company doesn't have it together.

Save your $ and go through a reputable company you can trust. This company isn't it.

Radiant Life Is Simply Better than the Rest

"I have placed at least 20 orders with Radiant life over the last several months and I have been satisfied with all but one. They made that order right and I am just happy that there are real people like Radiant Life to do business with. I don’t have to worry about quality of the products, packaging/shipping or the people I’m giving my money to not even caring or needing everyone’s business. "

Radiantlife co is a scamming co

" radiantlife company is a fraud. These people are not in the business of helping their brothers and sisters be strong and healthy. Instead they are selfish, greedy and only care about your money. They hide important cancer warnings on their products from customers on their website. When you receive the product, it comes with a warning label on the bottles top, so that you can't miss it. If you try to return it because you were unaware of this cancer causing product, Morgan will try to convince you that there are only tiny trace amounts of lead and arsenic in the product and to not worry and will quickly become annoyed if you insist on a return for a refund. And when your refund comes it will be a partial refund. This company is awful. Not a company here for the wellbeing of humans. Sorry!! ... not sorry please read Better business bureau reviews before buying anything from a Ricky dinky company like this. After I returned my item I called about my refund and Morgan mentioned that she could have charged me a restocking fee and a damage fee and all kinds of things. But because she proved herself to be untrustworthy during our initial phone conversation when I expressed my fear of the label sign I took video and pictures of everything before I sent it back! have no idea why they keep consumers shipping money. Especially when they don't let the consumer choose the method of shipping. They automatically use UPS instead of regular USPS mail... frauds DO NOT SUPPORT THIS "company" "

"I ordered a product from Radiant Life and was really looking forward to trying it due to the great reviews I've been reading about it. Unfortunately when I tried it I broke out in a rash. Because of this reaction, I called the company to ask a for refund, which I was told would not happen. However, more disappointing than not being able to get a refund was Radiant Life's customer service. When I called to tell them how their product caused a reaction and that I would like a refund, I was told that I should go see a doctor and that the rash was something I should probably look into. They said they would offer a credit to my account once they receive the item back, but told me I would have to pay for shipping to send the product back to get my credit. Due to paying for shipping to receive the item and then having to basically pay shipping for a store credit, I decided to just keep the gelatin and call it a loss. I also order another product from the site and was planning on automatically refilling stated product when I run out. With that being said, Radiant Life knew I was a current customer ordering products, and I would think that they would be more concerned about their customer service and future purchases from a present customer than to lose out on $16, or at the very least $6 for shipping to allow me to send it back for store credit. Furthermore, when I wrote a review about my experience on their website, it mysteriously never showed up. They just lost a customer due to their disrespectful response to my request, as well as their poor business practices. I would have been perfectly content with my store credit, but the disrespectful response is what made me rethink my purchases here. I will be passing this information on to friends and family as well. I'm very disappointed. Buyer Beware. "

"Radiant Life sells excellent, high quality health products. It's too bad that their shipping to Canada is very expensive; I expect they could do better with other carriers. I also noticed that Radiant Life charges me about $5 more than USPS rates. "
