KVMs Do not work in BIOS Settings

"I got a KVM and it would not work in the BIOS settings of our EliteDesk 800 G3 and ProDesk 600 G3 computers. I tried working with support but they just put the blame on HP and would not take the product back. Our HP KVM is working with those systems with no problems so there's definitely something going on with their hardware or engineering process. In the end, HP told me to never buy unsupported KVMs as sometimes they're just not compatible."

"On June 6th I ordered a wall mount open fixed rack with adjustable depth. It is now June 17th and as of yet they haven't even shipped it. I have called twice and each time they have some excuse about why it hasn't shipped. If I had been in a hurry I would have been out of luck. I would not order again from these people. They don't seem to have a sense of customer service."

"This company is a scam, It's my belief the people that run this operation do it from their house. Wasted an entire week trying to order a sound proof rack QCR0901. They first state they can't give proper shipping prices on their website so they will contact you with a price. They contacted me first saying it will cost $180 and I agreed. Next was them coming back saying it will be an extra $30 for residential, and then emailed me a gain saying it will be additional @30 if i don't have a loading dock. After agreeing to all that they then inform me that I need to make a wire transfer to their company account. When i called them to speak to a Senior Exec I called the operator and got the same lady that was writing me in email. After arguing with her for 15 minutes I found out they wouldn't do anything to help me. The lady refused to transfer me and ignored all my arguments as if i wasn't even talking. As if she was a robot. It was like Please can I talk to a person in charge, Bla bla bla bla, Going on about how this is how it is etc... I said that I understand, but if you can please transfer me to you're supervisor. Bla bla bla bla, ignoring my every word. I ended up saying you have 1 last chance to make this order work or I'm taking my business elsewhere and writing a review about your company. Just kept on Bla bla bla bla.. I said thanks for waisting my time. Goodbye. Horrible experience!!!!! I recommend at all cost go somewhere else. As it's my belief 2 people run the whole company from their house."

"Ordered a rackmount LCD monitor. What we received was a 20" wide mounting bracket that was not rackmount-able! We could not convince these people that their design was wrong, after all a 20" wide bracket should fit in a 19" wide rack, right? We returned the unit and they charged us a 20% restock fee, so it cost us $150 + $40 return shipping to send back the unit that they designed wrong. These people are awful to deal with, seem to have very limited knowledge about rackmount cabinets, and do not stand behind the products they sell. "

"Their website do not specifies actual model number or brand name - only specification in product description. Ordered 460W PSU by spec $142. They send me a unit that except 460W power rating doesn't match spec at all - witch is cost about half of the price I paid!!! Finally got RMA and sent unit back. After 3 weeks still no response, refund. Their policy states for 20% re-stocking fee and reserves rights to refuse any return for any reason or no reason at all. So it's look like I just lost my $142!!! Besides their online store rackmountmart.com the company name is Synergy Global Inc."
