"BUYER BEWARE:
I purchased CHEVY 98-02 S10 BLAZER HALO LED PROJECTOR HEADLIGHT+BUMPER LAMPS+HOOD GRILLE #191306931124 After a few months the 3 leds next to the halo on passenger side only 2 of the leds light out and on drivers side only 1 of the 3 light up. Also noticed that the lower clear plastic for directional the passenger side separated at the seam now allowing water to get in, split apart about 2" all the way around. So these will not make it though the winter. I contacted them and they advise me that they only stand behind product for 90 days. As we all know LEDS are suppose to last longer. But these are internal lights within lens. and they blow out and look like crap when only one of lights works out of three, and only 2 light up on other side. So if you consider purchasing lights from them you should know they do not last, and they do not stand behind the products they sell. So they look good for few months,then crap out. Consider purchasing elsewhere.
UPDATE: 11/26/2015
Called customer service 1st call was like stated in other reviews. Call and speak to rep. and all sudden you get dis connected. So called back spoke to other Rep. explained what happen, But this rep. did her job. Provided me with her direct E-mail. Sent photos of Halo lights not working, So after she spoke to her Supervisor, And they requested that I send defective one back and then they would ship a replacement, Well I live in New York and they are in California ,So I would be without headlights for 10 + days, That's not going to work. So now they are sending replacements and had to agree to send defective ones back. Showed them pictures of bumper lamps split , They are not sending replacement of them, only the halo headlights, They are defective and where part of the kit purchased. Well we will see in days to come if they actually send replacement, will do other update in days to come. Oh I have to send defective one back at my expense. And its a onetime courtesy replacement that is not part of your warranty upon your previous purchase with us. If for any reason you have any issues with the replacement lights unfortunately they are not under warranty and we will not be able to offer you a replacement. So I do not know what I'll be getting as a replacement, and how long they will last. Could have same problem a few months from now. "

"Absolutely horrible customer service and products. I ordered HID halo headlights with a guaranteed hassle free service. Instead I was ignored until I submitted a bad review due to the headlights flickering and going out the first week. They then tried to contact me but would hang up when I would answer the phone and ignored me when I would call back. They would contact me through email and said they would help me through email if they couldn't contact me through phone and then ignored my emails as well. I would never reccomend this site. Cheap knock off products. Horrible customer service. I would give them like a 1/10. Maybe."
