"I am very pleased with their customer service and the price of the Dometic AC unit, (it was the cheapest I found and your shipping was 4-5 days faster) every thing was just as promised; unit left when they said and arrived at my home the next day by FedEx.
I've never had a call back but when the phone line went dead during my initial questioning about something I was shopping, shortly I received a call back. The gentleman who called back and answered my questions was very knowledgeable. He referred me to Lisa who was very pleasant and professional and handled my order exceptionally well.

"I was looking to replace my a/c and had been shopping rather seriously when I stumbled on to RV Part Wholesaler's site . Their price was great. I called to order and during the process I asked how long to ship to my address, I was told 2 business days. I ordered on a Tues evening knowing it'll ship nxt day or I would've been told differently right. Well this review is being written after waiting till friday and no communication and I had to call to find out this was going to be 7 days before I get my order.I received a email from a supervisor whom I spoke with about this matter and in length all he would say was that they are sorry and they won't compensate for the inconvenience that I'm being put thru . I've had my own business and have had to eat crow for a customer whether it's my fault or some other to do "the right thing" for the customer. This company doesn't follow that practice and only wants to get their $$$ and go on to the next sucker. Bottom line is I was told this item would ship the next day and be at my door in 2 business days, they not only didn't follow thru with that nor did they contact me . I was in contact with them is the only way I found this out. Very Poor communication.
I'm very dissatisfied with their response and won't do business and hope to spread the word. In the Seller's response you notice he writes I ordered on Mon eve. So very untrue, as I don't need to lie about anything regarding this matter I again ordered on Tues and as stated I didn't expect item to be shipped that day (tues aug. 30th). I do agree that in their response their price for the item was very cheap, but at the same time when you screw something up you damn well better make it right or suffer the consequences and oh by the way I never repeat never threatened a negative review nor did I even know of a review that would pop up after I had ordered. a Bunch of lies is all they can do to cover their a&&."
"Just recently replaced an analog thermostat in our travel trailer with a Dometic digital thermostat and relay kit. Install was attempted with no schematics and Michael promptly sent the needed information to complete the install. Help was again given to get the systems up and functioning properly with the new digital unit. Michael and tech support are the best. Didn't leave us hanging without AC & Heat, prompt information and help was very quick and reliable. Great Job."
