"Purchased parts on Monday, a holiday, with a promise that "parts ordered on the holiday weekend will ship on Tuesday" (paraphrased). I added items to my order to get the “Free Shipping 3-5 Days" as it states in the shopping cart and the order confirmation page. I got a notification Tuesday evening from RMeuropean with a tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number took me to the FedEx site which said the label had been printed and expected delivery was Saturday, end of day...5 days...great! On Wednesday I got an update from FedEx that said the delivery would be Tuesday of the next week, which is 8 days later. Sean at RME said it was 3-5 “business” days (which is not the description on their website) and Tuesday was the fifth day the way he counted and, rudely, “if you don’t understand that then I can’t help you and I don’t have any more to say about it.” That’s crap. I wanted the part on Saturday and would have paid to get it (FedEx delivers on Sats.)."
