"I am looking for an engine drain plug and there were three different types for some reason all claiming to fit my vehichle then I went to check out which it ask for my VIN I put it in and one of the three didn't come up with "this product may not fit" so I got the only one that didn't have that notice. I'm glad that there was a warning though which helped me make a decision. they are pretty quick to getting back to you as well with answering questions and picking up the product was simple. I haven't installed the new product yet so this rating is simply based on the purchasing process."
