"Rob J Ross is a lazy CROOK!!!! I ordered a laptop battery on May 24th and was shipped out immediatly but was defective. I emailed them letting them know and they responded by saying I need to ship the battery back to the manufacturer and they would send out a new one immediatly. I did as they requested but never got a new one. I kept after Rob for a two month period but he never did anything about it so finally on July 27th I told him "Over a month after purchasing the laptop battery from you (May 24, 2005), all I have to show for it a credit card statement for $108.87 and a receipt from Mail Boxes Etc. for $9.10 for the shipping of the defective battery back to the manufacturer. I have yet to receive a replacement battery so at this point all I want you to do is credit back my card and we will call it even." He said he would take care of it that night. Another week went by but no credit was refuned to my card. After yelling at him on the phone he finally finally took care of it right then and there. He is a lazy crook who wanted to keep my money, not do anything about it, and hoped I would forget the whole incident.

Instead forced me to go throught the manufacturer. Personally i believe that RJROSS Computer Accesories is a poorly run business with no emphasis on customer satisfaction."
