"Purchased the Panasonic Plasma model TC-P50G15 for advertised web price of $1,179 + shipping at $199.95 for total price of $1,378.95. REMUNLIMITED also advertised as product was in stock. After my credit card was authourized for the amount I then received an email stating my order has been back ordered. I went back to the website and noticed the price has gone up to $1,380 and they were still advertising the product as "in-stock." I called and left voicemails as well as returned emails from their customer service inquiring about tracking order numbers, information on backorder status and timeframe of when product would be shipped. After no correspondance I wrote them an email to cancel my order and refund my credit card if they can't provide a tracking order, again there was no correspondance. The next day, after leaving more voicemails that they did not respond io I then left them a voicemail stating "I'm ready to make an online purchase and have a question about a T.V." A guy named John responded and thn I was able to cancel my order, he asked me to wait 24 hours to see a cancelled authorization of the amount charged. I asked John, if they are solely dropshipping, he said "Yes," I then asked him why they advertise products being in-stock when they are obviously not, his reply was "that's just the way it is." I think on-line prices are great however do not expect any customer service from REMUNLIMITED. Since I've looked into another website review of this company I've found out they were previously HDTVDREAMS.com. Wonder what there name next month will be.
