"I tried to order a slot car track from my tablet and kept getting error messages. I finally ordered from my laptop and the order went through that time without the same error message. Days later, I see two orders being shipped to my address. I called and spoke to the owner, as I later found out, and he said he would have to charge me the shipping cost if I refused the delivery of the package. I tried to explain that it was his website that could not communicate with an Android tablet but he wanted to hear nothing about that. That's when I asked to speak to the manager, and that was when he advised me that he was the owner. He went on to say that it was a small company and so forth. I thought to myself, why didn't a red flag get raised when they saw two separate identical orders to the same address? You would think they would call and verify those two orders if they were any type of decent company! I had to get PayPal involved to try and obtain my full refund!"

"This is one of the rare occasions where I felt the need to leave a review, but this one is well-deserved.

In short, I ordered a Traxxas Slash Ultimate from the RC Superstore and received the item via FedEx. Excited to open the RC car to have some father and son time, the car was damaged. I provided the manufacturer Traxxas with video and they stated a gear in the transmission was missing teeth.

I called the RC Superstore, but it was after business hours. So I called Traxxas. Traxxas's initial response, there is nothing wrong!
So I sent them a video and then they gave me two options, either disassemble the car myself and determine what parts it may need or return it to them for repair (with no timeline for the repair). My response was that I did not buy a refurbished product, so why I would I send it back for repair when it arrived damaged. This went on for a while, and then Traxxas simply hung up the phone.

The following morning, I called the RC Superstore and explained to Caleb what had happened with Traxxas, and the response from Caleb was "I will send you a return shipping label" and we'll refund your money.

Despite Traxxas's abysmal or non-existent customer service, the RC Superstore stepped up and resolved the issue with the utmost in integrity and provided a level of customer service not often found with e-retailers.

To RC Superstore, thank you and your level of integrity and customer service is truly appreciated.

"I purchased the an LaTrax Alias Quadcopter from them and when it came in we flew it for just ten minutes and one of the rotors stopped working. We didn't crash the thing or anything and my son was very upset. We emailed them and they quickly responded the next day which was a Saturday. They provided great support and were able to send me some motors for my quadcopter. I had a great experience with the RC Superstore and will be buying my toys from them! By the way they send the product to me with two day usps shipping!!!"

"I ordered a Revo 3.3 from RcSuperstore.com on their site it says it comes with factory installed telemetry sensors well it did not, of course I already opened it so no return. They also delayed shipping my order because my billing and shipping addresses did not match and said its because they were getting alot of credit card fraud, even though they took the money before speaking with me, really who does that credit card fraud is the card company's problem. On the 5th tank of fuel the connecting rod broke and they will not do anything to back what they sell. And to agree with the other posts you can just forget calling or emailing them because it will take a week to get a response I will never order anything else from them again I will spend more money on another site because its not worth the trouble they caused."

"well i would only recomend not shopping at rcsuperstore. i have placed my third order wit them and all 3 times i have had problems. they do not and will not respond to any of my emails. all were/are pleasant but still no responses. second, they sent me the wrong item but put it in the right packaging. but of course cant return it to them cause i opened the package. and third they took 2 weeks to send one order and once again would not respond to me at all. not once.... the funny thing about them is that you cant return anything opened. and if you somehow are a mind reader and did know they sent the wrong item i would have to pay for return shipping and be charged a 15% restocking fee for THEIR MISTAKE... i will never order from them again. not a reputable company in my opinion and will never order from them again. this is just my opinion and my experience wit them. but please. 3 out of 3 problems tells me they are the problem cause all the other companies i order from i don't have problems wit. so beware and order from a bettr company.. Since then I have placed 5 other orders and each time the service and shipping times were excellent (no easy task since I'm at an APO address in Asia and require USPS Priority Mail).
