"Ordered 2x valves and some small items on the night of the 7th. They shipped on the 9th via stamps.com and USPS with an estimated delivery date of the 13th. Seemed to be going well.

On the 14th, I checked the tracking number for USPS they sent me. The order still appeared to be in New York.

I called Kwik-Valve. They basically told me that they shipped it and I should call USPS. I have called USPS before, and did not enjoy the experience. I asked the Kwik-Valve representative to call USPS, because they decided to send it via USPS. They told me that USPS was difficult to deal with and again told me to call USPS.

USPS, after waiting to talk to someone for about 40 minutes, told me that they didn't know what happened, they opened a ticket on the issue, and someone should get back to me within 72 hours.

That was yesterday. I am not impressed with them telling me to fix their difficult to deal with shippers mistakes. From what I have read, the valves work as advertised, but I was not pleased by their customer service. Hopefully USPS and I can figure it out and get the parts.
