Dissapointed

"I have been doing business with Quill for 2 years. I am a small business owner and order all my office supplies through them. I ordered toner in January 2019 and it never showed. I then ordered and paid for another and it came. Since that time Quill has been sending me emails and bills stating I owe for the toner. Every time they communicated to me I called them to discuss the issue. After a year of back and forth they threatened to send me to collections. I paid the bill and will never do business with them. "

"THIS PLACE HAS HORRIBLE SERVICE, OVERPRICED PRODUCT, AND ALWAYS LATE. ALSO THEY WILL CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT AFTER YOU PAY ON TIME, I DON'T GET THAT. I HAVE FOUND MANY BETTER PLACES WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, QUILL IS VERY VERY BAD SERVICE"

STAY AWAY from QUILL... they are abusing the system and taking advantage of their customers.

We ordered Clorox Disinfecting Wipes from quill now I know theses are in short supply (due to covid-19) right now but they said they had it IN STOCK and it would be here in a few days (4 days). We placed the order, got a confirmation number, got email confirming order, they charged my card...but funny as today no tracking number so I contacted them to check on my tracking number because it was supposed to be delivered today and NOW they informed me that it's in back order! REALLY! This is a scam they take your money and make you wait for inventory.... STAY AWAY from QUILL... they are abusing the system and taking advantage of their customers.

Anti Law Enforcement

"I'm an administrator with a law enforcement agency attempting to purchase disinfectant wipes for our officers and they refused to enable us to purchase them, stating they are reserved for first responders and hospitals. According to Quill, police officers are not first responders. "

Poor customer service

"I canceled my subscription and they still call me to reorder. They still owe me $100 from my last purchase. When I asked them to stop calling me for orders and asked them about the money they haven’t refunded me yet, they hung up on me. Very unprofessional and rude. I wouldn’t recommend using Quill"

QUILL CORP INCOMPETENCE

"I would give them 0 stars if it was possible. Recieved two damaged items from them, they were replacing those with a 3rd item, apparently it was no longer available and QUILL cancelled the order on their end.....But proceeded to charge me for the item I never received. After over 15 calls to quill (sometimes the representative would see the call history other times I would have go through the entire story with them), they always stated that they "saw that they" cancelled this item and said they would clear the error. Call after call, this went on for months.
well....
I just received a collection notice for an item I never received and have waste ovr 20 hours of my life trying to clear up their error. How does a company survive with such incompetence? If I ran my buisness like that, I'd be out on my a**.
QUILL is the worst company with horrible incompetant representatives, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, EVER!!!! find yourself a nice mom and pop stationary store near by and SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL business, not the big theives, like Quill.

If I could give YOU ZERO stars, I would

"Bought toner back in February 2019 and decided to use it today only to find out that they sent me the wrong toner. I tried to return the toner and order the correct toner but Quill refused citing a 30 day policy. I have been a customer for well over 20 years. You just lost a customer. "

RETURN LIMITS

"Was told in February that if something happened and I needed to exchange 5 double packs of printer toner it would not be a problem. (we use approximately one of these packs a month). As of yesterday, my printer crapped out after 5+ years of dedicated service (yeah hp). However, when I called Quill about returning all of this toner so that I could purchase (from them) the new kind, I was told that I only had 30 days to return. If this had been made clear up front, a surplus would never have been ordered. "

New EPSON ET 4500

" I bought new Epson ET 4500 from quill, came in original box, with ink already installed, have multi problems . contact quill , ADVISED ME TO CONTACT EPSON FOR TROUBLESHOOT
I did and Epson were helpful, issues occur several times, finally my printer quit working. I contact Epson, tried to fix it no use, asked me about the serial number, was sold to buyer before me and they sold me not new just refurbished one. They sent new one. I contact quill to know why they ship a furbished one to me instead of new one, they didnt take any respectability for this. Told the lady at quill even i don,t have 8 bottle of ink coming with brand new one as suppose, and I bought by 150.00 ink from quill. she said sorry we cant do anything not our problem. quill sold me used bad one with no ink by new printer price, and no sorry for that. advised every one not to trust them, they selling use refurbished stuff.

"The customer service reps are all pleasant but have no idea what is going on. I called 3 x in one day spoke to 3 different reps and not one said the same thing. Today Quill lost a customer"

A Very Disorganized Corporations

"I unfortunately cannot speak in a positive way regarding Quill Corporation. My company and I have been customers for several years. During all these years we have gotten the wrong orders 60% of the times. This time again we got a complete order with everything we had not ordered.Needless to say Quilm Corporation did not want to admit they had made a big mistake with the order and they refused to take it back even though we were going to put another order. These people were very rude and very inflexible and we’re definitely not pro active or solutions oriented. I told them as a Director for our company that we could not pay for merchandise that we had not ordered and that we could not use. Well they proceeded to tell us they would ruin our company’s credit for a invoice of $130.00. Another words Quill Corporation elected to loose a client that had been buying from them for 7 years for $130.00 and a mistake they made. Finally I would like to add that we spoke to several supervisors and they are really incompetent and unprofessional. If you do business with this company beware!"
