QuikShip Toner sent us the wrong part number, acknowledged they sent the wrong toner, told us they would email us return labels, and then NOTHING! Nothing for weeks! Nothing after contacting them multiple times about the order! This has been about 6 months ago and still NOTHING! Finally had to open up their cartridges and transfer toner into compatible cartridges just to get my use out of the $500 worth of toner I had ordered from them. Will never do business with them again!"

"Ordered a set of Xerox inks (CMYK & Black). Yellow defective. Spoke with Customer service (which is a joke). She offered to replace it but it wouldn't arrive for about 1 week. When I explained that it means I'm unable to use my printer for that week she offered nothing other than "Would you like me to put in the order?" We asked to just refund the yellow and we'll purchase somewhere else she said we'd have to pay to ship back the defective item ourselves. So I'm forced to pay to get my money back for a defective item they shipped and cannot or will not replace for almost 1 week. Shop Amazon it's far easier."
"I ordered yellow toner for an Okidata C6100 and received cyan toner for a Konica printer.
I didn't have to pay for the return shipping....that was expected....but I had take time out of my day to take the returning box down to USPS and wait in line to give them the box. The returning box was too large to put into the drop off slot at USPS (because of the incorrect item inside the shipping box).
It should have been picked up at my front door, the same way it was delivered to me."
