Very Dishonest Company

"I ordered a Samsung watch from them. They sent me one with a bad battery. I sent it back for a refund. They said they didn't receive it, so I provided the tracking number. They said contact UPS. UPS said it was delivered and to contact the seller. When I contacted them again, they said they actually did receive the return but said I returned an old remote instead of the watch and refused to refund.
I am shocked by their blatant dishonesty.

"I ordered a MacBook Air M2 from this reseller via ebay and was nervous about the reviews I read here. Laptop arrived in new condition with the power cable as advertised, and was as described. I've put it through some paces to see if there's any errors but none so far. I even got it a day early! "

Scam company. Don't trust. Tried to rip me off after I returned an Imac computer.

"Quick ship electronics sent me an iMac computer that I purchased on ebay that had a defective bluetooth. I returned the item then they told me nothing was wrong with it and then shipped it back to me. I received the computer with a new cracked screen and then returned the item again with them telling me they would give me a replacement. They then proceeded to ignore my messages and pretend as if they had never agreed to send a replacement. I reported them to the better business better business bureau. "

Bought defective imac and they refused to replace it!!!

"I bought an “open box” iMac that was actually refurbished. It worked well for a few months and then it started shutting down randomly.

I sent it back for them to repair but they said they couldn’t confirm the problem and sent it back to me. The same issues keep happening so I sent it back to them and once again they told me they couldn’t confirm the issue and sent it back to me.

I spent $1400 on an imac that is barely functional. I wish I would’ve just wished it a few hundred more dollars for a new iMac. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Didn’t receive your item? They could care less

"Their customer service ends the moment something goes wrong. I never received a package that tracking said was “delivered”. FedEx advises that the ONLY option is for QuickShipElectronics to file a claim. QuickShip’s effective response to me as a customer?

“No. Go file a police report if you think it was stolen…”

Seriously?!? What a rude and dismissive way of dealing with a customer! I wasn’t even asking for a refund just that they help me to figure out what happened. So I’m out over $150 with no recourse.

They could care less.

Don't!

"Ordered and received an 'open box' 'new 2020 model iMac' in February 2021. Not new model, though...2017 model ! Had software probs and was told to send it back and they would EXCHANGE it.
NOPE.
They fought me every step of the way and I finally agreed [reluctantly] and got my iMac back 2 weeks later ---not totally fixed. Had to pay APPLE to get a techie to patiently fix it online [2 hours!] and it's like when I first received it in February 2021.

They gave me pitiful excuses for their policies but never, ever got satisfaction.

No warranty

"Bought galaxy note+ about 6 months ago and and phone started having problem about three months later and contacted this seller and asked me to send in the phone for repair. I shipped the phone in an overnight mail and then for almost 2 weeks I never heard anything. I emailed them over and over and asked about the phone and they finally replied and sent me fake tracking number but very next day I received the phone back and it was not fixed and Ebay did not do anything to help. Constant emails were just waste of time. I've decided not take these people's words beyond Ebay's return policy. "

Will only refund 50% of money paid for new phone & kept 50% of State Sales Tax that I paid !

"I bought an LG V 40 phone for $339.00 + California State Sales Tax for a total of $373.75, returned it and was only refunded $186.87 because they say that they found some of my info that was supposed to be deleted by me. I went through the delete process of holding down the volume and power button simultaneously and then it wanted to start a reinstall asking for the preferred language so shut it off, repacked it and sent it back in pristine condition.
How in the world does the seller think that they can charge $169.00 for that. These people actually kept 50% of the State Sales Tax as well.
I think that has to be a Felony, Interstate Theft of State Sales Tax. Their gimmick is that they say that it can be returned within 30 days if in the same condition. I can see that if the phone was dropped, broken or otherwise abused but this was nothing but some info that didn't get deleted.
They are deeming that as, "not in the same condition". Actually California is not one of the states on their ebay web site that they list as being under that policy. Nowhere does it say that they think that they have the right to keep half of your money. It is beyond belief that they are trying to keep $169.00 for the pressing of a couple buttons.
I think that the "Federal Trade Commission" will be interested in their State Tax Theft !

I strongly suggest that you stay away from these thieves.

Incompetent or Fake seller?

"On Tuesday March 24 I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus Aura Glow.

Thursday March 26 i received the wrong color phone. I sent it back immediately via fedex.

I spoke with someone there via email and was told the next day, March 27, the following...

Thank you for your email. RMA has been updated for exchange instead of a refund. You will be shipped a replacement once we receive the item back. You will be notified. We apologize for any inconvenience

On March 31 I got an email that I had received a refund.
I didn t want a refund. I just wanted to exchange the incorrect phone for the one I paid for.

I was sure to communicate and was told from someone there that the phone would simply be exchanged for the correct one. A Note 10 + Aura Glow would be shipped to me, I would be notified.
I have sent them multiple emails and left 2 voicemails and THEY.DONT.CARE.

"They do not honor their warranty. They delay you, for weeks, until the warranty period expires. They sent me three junk replacement phones that were all defective. Do not buy from them. I purchased a Motorola G5 plus phone."
