"All went super awesome: signup, credit card, informative user friendly website, until I tried to make a call. I was asked to put my pin in and it kept telling me it was invalid. I had read you didn't even need a pin, yet I was consistently directed to enter one. I called customer service, waited almost 20 mins to get a person. Then spent 15-20 more mins with him going over everything and confirmed my pin no. But after talking to the tech department 3 times, he gave me a different access number(thru Hawaii!), and it still didn't work. Very very frustrating. Spent almost 2 hours trying to call Italy. So broke down and called directly. Customer service needs to come up with a plan to help customers like me. Possibly create a new account?? "
"I was happy at first with the ratings but then when I started making phone calls things went south. Some answering machine from a phone company will answer my phone calls and take my minutes. And when I'm talking the phone call was disconnected several times in one phone call. Very disappointed!!!"
