"I put in an order about a month ago and it is still not delivered. I've emailed them 4 times over the past month. I have not received a single reply. I have no knowledge of whether the order has been shipped. I haven't been able to order this entire time because they have chosen not to respond to me and let me know they are not going to ship my order.
I'm adding this in after my original review: I was thinking about how their overall reviews were pretty good and how different it was from my experience. After some browsing around, I saw all their reviews are either 5 stars or 1 star. More suspect is that all their positive reviews fall on 3 dates: 12/10/2015, 12/11/2015, 1/15/2016 and from, basically, anonymous users. I checked out other stores and saw this was highly unusual. My guess is these reviews are false. If that is true, this company is extremely shady.
