"It's been 7.5 weeks and I still have not received my order. I've emailed them several times with no response. I've called and received no response. There is no one there to answer the phone, it just goes to an answering machine.

"If you plan on getting any kind of customer service or a timely service, do NOT order from this website; they say that orders come anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Horrible customer service; they do not respond to inquiries on order status at all. They will bill your credit card instantly, even though your ordered merchandise is not yet shipped. Be prepared to wait at least a month to get the ordered merchandise! I would never order from them again. To this day, I have not received any kind of reply from any of my e-mails and have not yet received my order either. Their prices are not the best either "
