" I placed an order through Amazon on 3/29. On 3/30 the Fedex tracking number sent to me was someone else's order that was place 7 days prior to my order and was delivered to an address in GA (I live in MA).I i called Quantum time and again and I got only an automated phone response that does not even tell me that I have reached Quantum and puts me in a general mailbox. I finally got a human who apologized for the error and said I'd get a corrected tracking # immediately. 5 hous later nothing. Next person told me they ship at night & I'd it that evening. Not then or the next. Today, after many more messages and emails left to them and reports to AMEX, BBB and Amazon they called. They offered to not charge shipping. I canceled and had them return my $. HORRIBLE!!!! Do not ever buy from these people. "
"Placed my order over a week ago and it has still yet to ship. Called the order desk number and was told that the delay was due to the part i ordered not being a regular stock item and that it would have to come in from the supplier and then ship from their location as the supplier does not ship international...hard to understand that US to Canada is still an international shipment.
Price was slightly better than competitors but checked with competitor after the fact and they had parts in stock and ready to ship...regret now saving the 15$ only to wait 2 weeks for order to come in.
Plus side their online catologue is good and payment was made very easily. "

"Not Good. They said they had an item in stock and took payment for it. A couple days later I received an email saying they no longer carried the item. It took them HOW long to figure that out? The only good thing is I did get my money back without any trouble.
UPDATE: Was contacted by their customer service manager who was very polite and was very apologetic. He was very concerned about the problem and got down to what went wrong and took steps to correct it to ensure it would not happen again. He took an unpleasant experience and turned it into one that I became happy with. If all customer service departments work as this one has, people could get problems fixed and walk away with a good feeling like I have. They did a great job in fixing a mistake and gave me no hassle about doing it. They really listened to what I had to say. HOW MANY COMPANIES DO THAT? This one did and made me a person that will shop with them again, NOW! "
