"Will never order again! Horrible shipping. Placed an order on an IN STOCK product, that did not ship out till 5 days later. Called an emailed, no response to my email and was was told my item would ship out days earlier than it actually did. Nice over the phone but gave wrong information regarding shipping dates and could not give an explanation regarding the delay. "

"On the one hand they went out of their way to sell a product to me by agreeing to ship a product to me using an alternative shipping method, which many companies just won't do. On the other hand, it took longer than expected to receive the product. I have a feeling they had the manufacturer ship the product to them and then they forwarded it to me (versus them having the product on site). They charged me an extra $25 for the service - I think some of that was to cover administrative time and expenses and some of it was to cover the double shipping. The product itself was great and it was impossible for me to buy it locally so overall I was pleased."
