"We used a different company in the past. They also had this same bag, but when I asked for a sample bag with no logo, I was told they were not able to send one. I found Quality Logo Products by a quick internet search and sent an inquiry. Matt got back to me quickly and I asked if I was able to purchase a sample bag. He obliged. We loved the bag, but we didn't want to purchase the bulk amount that QLP offered, so I ended up putting in an order with the first company. However, the first company could not get our logo's icon the way it should look. I went back to Matt and he sent me a digital preview. I requested a real embroidered preview, since I was disappointed with the first company's result. He got it to me and we sealed the deal. Then, a blow. I had to approve to remove the company wording from the logo because it would be too small to fit on the desired area of the bag. It was very disappointing, but Matt gave me a partial refund since I would be missing half the logo. In the end, we got what we wanted and the owner was happy. I really appreciated the customer service I received during the process. Thank you!"
